九龍城│日系文青。素cafe
住新界的我,對於九龍城真的特別不熟悉,若不是朋友邀約,便會錯過了這開業不久的 一禪 NIZEN。店面雖然不大,但裝潢走日系文青路線,塌塌米小茶室,更添日系風格。
食物選擇不算多,最喜歡一定是「日式烤野菜咖哩配椰菜花飯」,首先是椰菜花飯不是一般白飯,已經夠特別了,而且咖哩配椰菜花飯原來很搭,很開胃!冷盤「麻醬椰菜卷」也非常推介,椰菜卷裡包裹著牛蒡,原本以為會較清淡,但配上麻醬,整道菜馬上昇華了不少!另外,一定要試試他們自家烘焙的純素蛋糕,極力推薦「伯爵花茶黑莓蛋糕」,這個真的是必吃!新品「黑芝麻豆腐蛋糕」也不錯吃呢!
飲品方面,比起主食更多選擇,而且每款聽上去都很吸引,但是喝起來味道偏淡,可以問店家要糖呢!另外,我原本很期待「青檸螺絲粉沙律」,因為很喜歡吃螺絲粉,但有小小失望,吃起來偏硬。整體來說,算是不錯的體驗,而且環境舒適,可以約三五知己來享受一下~
Kowloon City │ Japanese Style。Vegetarian Cafe
I am really unfamiliar with Kowloon City because I live in the New Territories. If I were not invited by my friends, I would miss this newly opened veg cafe - 一禪 NIZEN. Although the storefront is not large, the decoration is more like a japanese style, especially there is a Ta-ta-mi small tea room.
There are not many food choices. The favorite must be "Curry w/ vegetables". First, it is the broccoli flower rice not ordinary white rice. Very special, and tastes very good. It is also very appetizing! The cold dish "Cabbage Rolls" is also very recommended. It is wrapped with burdock. I thought the taste would be lighter, but with the sesame sauce, the whole dish tastes a lot better! In addition, be sure to try their home-baked vegan cakes, highly recommend the "Earl Grey Blackberry Cake", this is really a must-eat! The new cake "Black Sesame Tofu Cake" is also delicious!
In terms of drinks, there are more choices than main food, and they all sound very attractive, but the taste is not strong enough, you can ask the staff for sugar! In addition, I was originally looking forward to the "Italian Pasta w/ Lime Sauce", but there is a little disappointment. Overall, it is a good experience, and the environment is comfortable, you can enjoy it with your good friends~

情人節快到囉,來不及準備手作禮物?(重溫禮物製作:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0lnQzVvQ73o&t=) 沒關係,這次我會傳授大家這個超隨便的懶人料理,一日三餐,easy job!
Lightlife Smart Dogs
「早起的人被蟲吃」,但畢竟是情人節,還是早點起來準備個慵懶早餐,給對方來個小驚喜!試了幾款素香腸後,我最愛的是Lightlife的Smart Dogs,因為它跟我以前常吃的「廚師腸」非常像,一般的香腸被世衞列入一級致癌食物,所以素香腸是很好的代替品。(港台的朋友可以考慮選用「未來香腸」)。面包上塗的是Nutiva的朱古力漿,這款我用了很多年,相信沒有人會不愛 😁 加兩塊薯餅,簡單美味的早餐完成!
Lightlife Ground Meat
這款「絞肉」非常好用多變,感覺它本來有調好味道,但你還是可以根據自己的喜好再調一下。 (港台的朋友可以考慮「新豬肉」) 把它和豆腐、金針菇一起炒一炒,加點鷹粟粉,讓口感黏稠一點,再加點牛油果,配飯,午餐隨隨便便就完成囉!
午餐沒吃完的飯留起來,把「絞肉」、薰豆腐、豆角、菇菇、玉米和剩飯混在一起,炒一炒,香噴噴的素炒飯上鍋啦!
隨隨便便就能做出美味料理,不說真的不知道是素的,Lightlife的Smart Dogs香腸和絞肉,無論是外表,還是口感,怎麼看怎麼吃都會誤以會在吃肉。趕緊來試做一下吧~

Lightlife Smart Dogs
"Early people get eaten by worms", but it is Valentine's Day, so get up early to prepare a lazy breakfast and surprise each other! After trying a few vegan sausages, my favorite is Lightlife's Smart Dogs, because it is very similar to the one I used to eat (the one for barbecue). Normal sausages are listed by the WHO as a first-class carcinogenic food, so vegan sausages would be a good substitute. (Friends from Hong Kong and Taiwan can consider choosing "beyond sausage"). The bread is coated with Nutiva's hazelnut spread. I have used this for many years. I believe no one will not love it. 😁 Add two potato cakes, the simple and delicious breakfast is DONE!
Lightlife Ground Meat
This "Ground Meat" is very easy to use and flexible. It feels like it has been seasoned, but you can still adjust it according to your preference. (Hong Kong and Taiwan friends can consider "Omnipork") Stir-fry it with tofu and enoki mushrooms, add corn starch to make the texture stickier, add avocado, eat with rice, casual lunch is DONE!
Save the leftover rice from lunch, mix the "ground meat", smoked tofu, beans, mushrooms, corn and leftover rice, stir fry, and the vegan fried rice is DONE!
Lightlife's Smart Dogs sausages and ground meat, no matter their look or taste, you will feel like your are eating meat. Come and try it out ~

【もちもちの焼きドーナツ】
今日は、ポンデ好きの私がダイエット中に作る『もちもちの焼きドーナツ』を作りました。
完全再現ではないのですが、〝もちもちした食感が大好きでヘルシーなドーナツが食べたい〟という時にオススメのレシピです。
ポリ袋に材料入れて揉むだけで生地ができるので洗い物ほとんどなし!出来立てはお餅感が強く軽く粗熱をとるともちもち感がちょうどそれっぽいです。
外はサクっ!中はもちっ!の食感と微かなハチミツの風味がとても美味しいです!ただ、保存には向いてないのでなるべくお早めにお召し上がりください。
〈材料〉
ホットケーキミックス 60g
絹豆腐 80g
白玉粉 80g
砂糖 大さじ2
はちみつ 10g
牛乳 大さじ2
油 大さじ1/2

【sticky donut】
Today, I made a "sticky donut" that I, a ponde lover, made during a diet.

If you have only been using your rice cooker to make plain white rice, you have not used it to its fullest potential. In fact, you can make a variety of simple one dish meals with it and some rice cookers even can let you bake cakes in them. If you're still using a normal old school rice cooker with only one function i.e. cook rice function, it's time to switch it out for something slightly more advanced or perhaps you can even consider switching to a multi-cooker that comes with pressure cooking function. Don't go just because you still own an old-school rice cooker. The good news is even though we have used a multi-cooker for this Glutinous Rice with Chicken recipe, you can also use your normal rice cooker to prepare this dish too. FYI Glutinous Rice with Chicken is also known as Lor Mai Gai or 糯米鸡 in Chinese. This is a super easy and delicious Chinese recipe. Happy cooking!

1 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing Huatiao wine)
