ห้างโตคิว (TOKYU) เป็นห้างสรรพสินค้าในเครือ โตคิว กรุ๊ป

ซึ่ง โตคิว กรุ๊ป คือบริษัทที่ทำธุรกิจหลากหลาย
อย่างเช่น พัฒนาและให้บริการระบบรถไฟในโตเกียว, ธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์, ธุรกิจโรงแรม รีสอร์ต และธุรกิจค้าปลีก

ห้างโตคิว ได้เข้ามาทำธุรกิจในประเทศไทยตั้งปี พ.ศ. 2528 โดยเปิดสาขาแรกที่ศูนย์การค้ามาบุญครอง ซึ่งถ้านับถึงวันนี้ห้างสรรพสินค้าโตคิวในไทย มีอายุกว่า 35 ปี

ขณะที่ปัจจุบัน ห้างโตคิว ได้เช่าพื้นที่ของมาบุญครองเซ็นเตอร์ ทั้งหมด 4 ชั้น
และเช่าพื้นที่มากถึง 12,000 ตารางเมตร ซึ่งสูงที่สุดเป็นอันดับที่ 2 ของบรรดาผู้เช่าทั้งหมดของมาบุญครองเซ็นเตอร์

ช่วงแรกที่ห้างโตคิวเข้ามาทำธุรกิจในประเทศไทย
การแข่งขันในสมัยนั้นยังไม่สูงมาก เมื่อเทียบกับปัจจุบัน
ทั้งจำนวนห้างสรรพสินค้าที่ยังมีไม่มาก
และการซื้อของออนไลน์ที่ยังไม่ได้เป็นที่นิยมเหมือนในปัจจุบัน

นอกจากนั้นแล้ว ในอดีตที่ผ่านมา
ห้างโตคิว ก็ได้ผ่านวิกฤติต่างๆ ในประเทศไทยมาแล้วนับครั้งไม่ถ้วน

ปี พ.ศ. 2540 วิกฤติต้มยำกุ้งที่มีศูนย์กลางของวิกฤติคือประเทศไทย
ปี พ.ศ. 2546 การระบาดของเชื้อไวรัส SARS
ปี พ.ศ. 2547 การระบาดของโรคไข้หวัดนก
ปี พ.ศ. 2549-2550 เหตุการณ์รัฐประหาร โดยคณะปฏิรูปการปกครอง
ปี พ.ศ. 2556-2557 วิกฤติการเมืองไทย และเหตุการณ์ “Shutdown Bangkok” ซึ่งกระทบต่อพื้นที่ที่เป็นที่ตั้งของห้างโตคิว

จะเห็นว่าในอดีตที่ผ่านมา ห้างโตคิวแห่งนี้ ก็เป็นธุรกิจที่ได้รับผลกระทบมาตลอด แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม โตคิว ก็ยังคงผ่านวิกฤติเหล่านั้นมาได้

นอกจากนั้นแล้ว ห้างโตคิว ยังเคยขยับขยายไปเปิดสาขาที่สอง ที่ พาราไดซ์ พาร์ค บนถนนศรีนครินทร์ ในปี พ.ศ. 2558

แต่เนื่องด้วยสาขาที่ พาราไดซ์ พาร์ค ประสบผลขาดทุนต่อเนื่อง 3 ปีซ้อน จึงทำให้ต้องยุติกิจการลงใน ปี พ.ศ. 2562 หลังจากเปิดไปได้เพียง 4 ปีเท่านั้น

ขณะที่ช่วงหลายสิบปีที่ผ่านมา
การเติบโตของเศรษฐกิจไทยพร้อมทั้งรายได้ของประชากรไทยที่เพิ่มขึ้น ซึ่งทำให้คนจำนวนมากมีกำลังใช้จ่ายมากขึ้น

เรื่องนี้ ตามมาด้วยการขยายตัวของธุรกิจศูนย์การค้าและห้างสรรพสินค้า ที่เปิดมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ ซึ่งมาเป็นคู่แข่งสำคัญของโตคิว

วันนี้สิ่งที่เราเห็น ไม่เพียงแต่การแข่งขันภายในธุรกิจห้างสรรพสินค้าเท่านั้น
แต่ธุรกิจนี้ยังมีคู่แข่งทางอ้อม ที่สามารถแย่งจำนวนคนที่จะเดินทางมาห้างสรรพสินค้าไปได้

เช่น ร้านค้าปลีกขนาดใหญ่ (Hypermarket), ร้านค้าปลีกเฉพาะอย่าง (Specialty stores), คอมมิวนิตีมอลล์, ร้านขายสินค้าปลอดภาษีอากร (Duty-free) และ Outlet ที่ขายของลดราคา

เราจึงสังเกตได้ว่า ช่วงที่ผ่านมา ธุรกิจศูนย์การค้าและห้างสรรพสินค้าเหล่านี้ กำลังแข่งขันกันอย่างดุเดือดมากขึ้นทุกที

แต่คู่แข่งที่ดูจะน่ากลัวที่สุดในวันนี้ของบรรดาธุรกิจศูนย์การค้า คือ แพลตฟอร์มซื้อขายออนไลน์ หรือที่เราเรียกว่า “อีคอมเมิร์ซ”

รู้ไหมว่า มูลค่ารวมของธุรกิจอีคอมเมิร์ซในประเทศไทย เติบจาก 2 ล้านล้านบาทในปี พ.ศ. 2557 มาอยู่ที่ 4 ล้านล้านบาทในปี พ.ศ. 2562 ซึ่งเป็นการเติบโตถึงเท่าตัว ภายในระยะเวลาเพียงแค่ 5 ปีเท่านั้น

ซึ่งเรื่องนี้ ก็ยิ่งส่งผลให้คนเดินทางไปศูนย์การค้าน้อยลงกว่าเดิม และทำให้รายได้ของห้างสรรพสินค้าหลายแห่ง รวมถึง ห้างโตคิว ลดลงเรื่อยๆ

เมื่อรายได้ที่เข้ามามีน้อยลง แต่ค่าใช้จ่ายที่เป็นต้นทุนคงที่ (Fixed Cost) อย่างเช่น ค่าเช่าพื้นที่ห้าง หรือค่าจ้างพนักงานประจำ ไม่ได้ลดลงตาม

ก็ตามมาด้วยผลขาดทุนต่อเนื่องของบริษัท

ผลประกอบการ บริษัท กรุงเทพ-โตคิว สรรพสินค้า จำกัด
ปี พ.ศ. 2560 รายได้ 1,291 ล้านบาท ขาดทุน 288 ล้านบาท
ปี พ.ศ. 2561 รายได้ 1,238 ล้านบาท ขาดทุน 90 ล้านบาท
ปี พ.ศ. 2562 รายได้ 1,141 ล้านบาท ขาดทุน 194 ล้านบาท

และยิ่งซ้ำร้ายไปกว่านั้น
เมื่อปีนี้เกิดการระบาดของโควิด 19 ทั่วโลก
จนประเทศไทย ต้องปิดประเทศไม่ให้นักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติเข้ามาได้

ห้างโตคิว ที่ตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่ใจกลางกรุงเทพฯ
ซึ่งเป็นโลเคชันยอดนิยมของนักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติ
ก็ได้รับผลกระทบหนักตามไปด้วย

ด้วยปัญหาขาดทุนสะสมหลายปี
บวกกับโรคระบาดที่กำลังทำให้นักท่องเที่ยวไม่เดินทางมาเหมือนเดิม และยังอาจส่งผลให้พฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคเปลี่ยนแปลงไปซื้อของออนไลน์ มากกว่าการออกมาเดินห้าง

ล่าสุด ห้างโตคิว ก็ต้องยอมยกธงขาว
เตรียมยุติกิจการในประเทศไทย ภายในเดือนมกราคม ปี พ.ศ. 2564

ที่น่าสนใจคือ ก่อนหน้านี้ไม่นาน Isetan ห้างสัญชาติญี่ปุ่นอีกราย ก็เพิ่งอำลาประเทศไทยไปเช่นกัน

การปิดตัวลงของห้างโตคิว อาจกำลังส่งสัญญาณเตือนธุรกิจห้างสรรพสินค้ารายอื่นๆ
ว่าวันนี้ ธุรกิจห้างสรรพสินค้าในวันข้างหน้า อาจไม่เหมือนกับสิ่งที่เราเคยเห็นในอดีตอีกแล้ว

เพราะถ้าห้างสรรพสินค้า
ไม่สามารถสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดึงดูดใจให้คนเดินทางมาได้

ก็คงเป็นเรื่องยาก ที่จะเดินต่อไปในวันข้างหน้า..

臨時改成各自瞎拼、按摩、晚上逛個夜市的耍廢行程😂😂😂

因為我住在附近的Yim Bankok Hostel所以想在附近找便宜又不錯的按摩店
我看到google maps上幾個網友推薦這一家，
但是看到門口覺得whaaat!我真的要進去嗎？
不過進去以後真的覺得幸好有進去，不然要錯過這麼棒的一家店好可惜！
進去以後會先幫你洗腳，讓你換按摩用的褲子
腳底按摩跟其他家一樣是在一樓的沙發椅那邊按摩
肩頸按摩則是到二樓的按摩墊上massage，從
阿嬤中文說很好，還多送我20分鐘的按摩時間（害我跟人約差點遲到😂）
最後幾分鐘也是那種『拉來拉去，摺來摺去』的按摩法，不過阿嬤技術真的很厲害
不會讓你覺得痛但是都按到正確的點，拉筋骨的時候也都一次就拉開了
（之前給厲害的中醫師拉過，有個部分拉很多次都拉不開，結果阿嬤一次就成功😬）

這間百貨雖然很有設計感也得過幾項獎，但是逛的人好像不是很多
但是裡面有一些真的很棒的東西大家不妨來挖寶一下（特別推薦3F的櫃位）
都是外面看不到，百貨獨賣的商品，此外3F有很多eco-friendly提倡環保跟天然有機原料的產品（我忘記拍照起來了）有很多手工皂連包裝都用再生紙+細麻繩捆著

很多人推薦的名店，也是在這間百貨的3F
蛋糕看起來超厲害的（價錢也是，一片要150泰銖以上...）
咖啡也是差不多這個價錢，被那個價錢嚇到了，決定作罷😂😂😂

(旁邊看起來像停車場的地方有一間7-11，可以買到這附近最便宜的食物跟飲料)
不想被百貨公司美食街貴到的話，可以來這裡買喔！
裡面還有一個現點現做冷熱咖啡、各種冰沙的櫃檯（一杯35-55泰銖）
消費：荔枝果凍飲10泰銖、1000CC泰式奶茶21泰銖

2.Siam Center
沒什麼好逛的，唯一比較能看的就是美食街那一層很大
不過消費蠻高的，一餐都要90泰銖以上覺得可以跳過

3.MBKCenter
曼谷大概只要逛這間就飽了...裡面超級大，還有B1的平價攤位
（B1有點像台北車站地下街的平價攤販很多很雜）
我覺得有一應該逛了好幾個足球場大小的商場的感覺😂😂😂
從skywalk(就是那裡的天橋)走過去會看到有一個直達百貨3F的手扶梯
往裡面一直走左手邊會看到超小間的boots，然後發現沒什麼好買的😅
再往裡面走一段路，右手邊會看到這間超大間的Tokyu超市
裡面逛的人很多都是當地人，品項超多超便宜
光是隨便一種商品（例如芒果乾）就有十幾家廠牌跟不同的種製法
果乾幾乎都有以下幾種可以選（天然日曬、軟的硬的、真空包裝或非真空包裝、一個個獨立包裝、軟糖、烘烤型、有加糖沒加糖、有ISO或清真認證...）超多種選到超厭世😂
我後來買了幾樣產品，比較推薦的有ROLA的鮪魚綠咖哩即食包(得過世界品質評鑑大賞銀質獎)、Thai aree綠咖哩膏和他們家的打拋醬（得過泰精選獎）這兩個成分比較沒有看到怪怪的化學物質，Thai aree家產品也都標榜：無防腐劑、無人工色素和人工香料、無味素，可安心食用，好想多買幾包回家煮，尤其是第一項😋
另一個推薦的是之前7-11賣過的小包裝“頭等艙梅”我在那裡看到超大一包才100泰銖（試吃以後覺得比頭等艙梅還天然還不甜就買了）

我們另一位同事覺得最好吃的是山竹糖跟榴槤糖，見仁見智囉！
海苔捲、魷魚乾這個太常見不用介紹，台灣也有賣...芒果乾我覺得還好就沒買了
唯一比較不推的那個號稱110天日曬的軟式香蕉乾...我還是吃油炸的不健康香蕉乾好了

⚠️不要買任何含肉類的產品回台喔！罰很重查很嚴喔！已宣導過了⚠️

MBK裡面按摩店的網路評價不是很好，所以我就沒在這裡按摩了

#拉查達火車夜市
(到達方式：從MRT文化中心站-BL19出來以後往左走，看到人龍沿水溝走即可到達)
就是個很觀光客的夜市，除了比較方便買到山竹、波羅蜜、榴蓮以外，其他沒有特別吸引我的地方，椰奶冰沙還不錯可以考慮喝一下...
個人比較想去吃附近這間知名冰品店，但是累了就放棄了，有機會再去嘗試吧！

因為我同事們最後自己搭我叫的機場接送車回台灣了，
所以我後來決定找一間離機場近的青旅，隔天回國比較方便
後來看到這間評價超高分的『五星級豪華青旅』不像青旅的青旅
一樓就是7-11，附近就有市集跟按摩店很方便
櫃檯人員很友善，也主動詢問是否要寄放行李箱，check in時間到凌晨2點
給的過夜包除了毛巾、浴巾這種常見的之外，還給了一套睡衣🥰全天錄影監控安全
浴室也超豪華，吹風機跟梳妝鏡、梳妝台、座椅，有一整排超厲害！
交誼廳很舒適，有茶水咖啡餅乾等點心可以享用，很乾淨很舒適住客很少...
（不過有點不好找要從7-11旁的小通道走進去，外頭沒招牌）

✅帶消毒液或75%酒精上飛機時，單瓶不超過100ml，並放夾鏈袋內過安檢。
✅買好旅遊不便險，近期避開中港澳等地的轉機，住宿請訂可免費取消的
✅ 勤洗手比戴口罩更有效👏🏻
✅ 濕洗手比乾洗手有效👏🏻
✅多喝水、健康飲食、多運動、增加免疫力😬
✅飛機上除吃飯時間以外請戴著口罩，人多的地方也請戴好口罩
✅手把、座位、螢幕、餐盤、折疊桌、頭枕用消毒水、酒精噴灑一次在使用
✅不要使用飛機提供的毯子（我都蓋羽絨外套）、枕頭，耳機也盡量用自己帶的。

On January 31, 2021, the last business day of BANGKOK TOKYU MBK CENTER came.
From the morning, many customers came to Tokyu to do their shopping.
There were also many people taking pictures in front of the building.
Tokyu has been in business for 35 years.
The concept of the store was to provide Japanese products at prices that ordinary people could afford.
It is not a luxury store, but a store that sells inexpensive yet good products. They were hoping to convey the good culture of Japan to Thailand.
I heard that Tokyu is actually withdrawing from Thailand. I am very disappointed.
After Tokyu's business hours were over, MBK Center announced that DonDonDonki would be moving into the former site of Tokyu.
