This lady’s prayers with tears trickling down her cheeks touched
our hearts tremendously. The responsibility of taking care of
nephews/nieces in which one of them is an OKU bears weight
on her shoulders, especially during these trying times. Her
spouse can no longer wander around kampung looking for
tasks in return for a small pay to raise the children, who had lost
their parents at a young age. They are eternally grateful for the
aid given which comprises rice, eggs, flour, cooking oil and cans
of sardine.
Let’s play our part in lessening the burden of those who are
greatly affected by the PKP. Even the tiniest effort can make a
positive difference.
