開瓶後入鼻的氧化味像醃漬過的鹹菜，鹹鹹的海水味混雜一些紙盒味道，入口後的果味仍在，一口一口品味屬於那個年代隨著時間流逝遺留下的風華。60年代的義大利歷經二次戰後經濟起飛，男男女女入時風尚，影視產業蓬勃，我們來不及參與當時的甜蜜生活，只能用一杯杯的老酒附庸風雅一番。
品味老酒很像在看一部經典的黑白電影，台詞情節或許過時老舊，佈景畫面也許失真，細細品嚐她微弱的氣息，不管是哪個時代，對人心真理的追尋不曾停止

I bought the two bottles of old Italian wine from the 60s out of curiosity. I often hear people talking about the beauty of old wines, so when I had a the chance to get my hands on some, I seized it. After opening the first bottle, it had a bit of a pickled vegetables smell, saltiness from the ocean mixed with old paper boxes. We still could taste the fruitiness and we experienced the greatness of that era sip after sip. Italy went through an economic boom in the 60s. Fashion and film industries were growing, and many masterpieces of Italian cinema were created in this period. We probably will not enjoy a lifestyle as luxurious as the characters in Felini’s La Dolce Vita, but we try our best to travel through time, with the help of these beautiful bottles. Drinking old wine is somehow like watching an old classic black and white movie. The setting, the lines and plots might be out of date, but if you take your time and experience them, slowly, you will know the pursuit of truth and humility continues and it never ends in every one of them
