Last long distance workout before our Ultrabeast trifecta weekend in 3 weeks! Decided no better time to hit 26.2 miles! Started off very very strong in the first half but wracked by so much foot and muscle pain in the second half which slowed us down. However we are pleased to still be able to speed up at the end for a strong finish. At no point was breathing difficult, our lacking points are some fine muscles in our feet and legs! Now it hurts to walk!!! After fully recovering we will be focused mostly on obstacle specific training and basic muscle groups linking! The tire flip got me during the super in palmerton and rutland and I am determined not to let it happen again!Finally Figured out how to train for the tire flip without a monster tire (@coachcambio )! Had these heavy water filled weights under the heavybags at work all along @velocitynatick ! Managed to flip the smaller bag with effort but while kicking down the big one is easy it bested me in lifting!
