Đồ Nhật online siêu ngon và ngậy

Chuyện là hôm bữa sinh nhật bạn Ninh, cậu ta thèm đồ Nhật quá nên @misau rủ ăn ở Umami Bam xem sao. Thật ra cũng hơi rén, thấy bên này chạy quảng cáo nhiều mà chưa nghĩ sẽ order ăn thử bao giờ. Lúc order mình cũng rén thêm phát nữa vì thấy đồ ở đây nhiêu sốt quá ăn sợ ngấy nên dặn quán ít sốt hơn bình thường, và chúng mình đã có một bữa ngon!
Trong không gian lung linh sắc nến và mờ ảo bởi đống đèn led Ninh mới sắm cho căn nhà thêm chút vibe paylak thì đây là bàn ăn giá khoảng 1 triệu 2 của chúng mình nè. Ở giữa là 2 set sashimi cá hồi tổng là 21 miếng cá hồi và 6 miếng cá trích. Cá hồi ngon, tươi và thái khá dày. Ship cùng đá nên về vẫn lạnh, mình có để tủ lạnh thêm chút nữa cho mát rùi mới ăn nè. Xung quanh có 1 set Umazing 3 loại cơm cuộn, 1 đĩa tosaka slad và 1 Rose Udon. Cơm ở đây cuộn nhìn chung đều rất ngon, món có lươn với bơ hơi tanh chút nhưng vị sauce mạnh nên át lại phần nào, 2 phần cơm còn lại đều siêu ngon (1 cái là cua lột với 1 cái unagi salmon. Ninh nghĩ mọi người gọi bớt sốt giống Ninh ăn sẽ đỡ ngấy và vừa miệng nè. Cái Rose udon có nước sốt chua ngọt béo ngậy, ăn cùng tí trứng chần onsen nữa mình rất thích, sợi mì dai dai và tơm áp chảo khá thơm.
Các bạn đặt ship cũng sẽ được tư vấn nhiệt tình, nhớ hỏi kĩ về sốt và giờ ship nha vì đồ này ship tới nên ăn luôn cho ngon. Mình gọi về hơi sớm lúc sau phải làm nóng lại mì miếc cũng mất công. Cách đóng hộp bên này rất cẩn thận và design khá xinh, cho 9đ phần này luôn. Nghỉ dịch ở nhà các bạn gọi thử để ăn nha!

To Seto, a famous eel restaurant! I visited "Unagi Tashiro" in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture. The current owner, Mr. Ito, who inherits the craftsmanship and sauce that has been passed down for over 100 years, is said to be the 4th generation. The height of the reservation hurdle is not odd, but the shop owner's wonderful craftsmanship that does not make you feel such a hurdle, the powerful eel, and the charm that you can not understand until you taste it. 土用の丑の日、じゃなくても…行列のできるうなぎ店へ!愛知県名古屋市『イチビキ』に伺いました。1939年から創業する老舗で名古屋駅近くの高層ビルが建つエリアにあります。お店に一歩入ると昭和レトロの雰囲気が残る落ち着きがあり、ゆっくりと絶品うなぎを堪能できます。ちなみにこの珍しい店名の由来は1772年から創業しているみそ・たまり醤油の「イチビキ株式会社」からきているそうで、こちらの醤油を継ぎ足しのタレに使っているそうです。いわゆる地焼きで焼いたジューシーなうなぎは整理券を取って食べる価値あり!ロイドごはんのインスタグラムや食べログレポでも予約取り方を載せていますのでご参考までにご覧ください。それでは早速ご覧ください!

It is a long-established store founded in 1939 and is located in the area where skyscrapers are built near Nagoya Station. When you step into the shop, you will feel the calmness of the Showa retro atmosphere, and you can slowly enjoy the exquisite eel. By the way, it seems that the origin of this unusual store name comes from "Ichibiki Co., Ltd." of miso and tamari soy sauce, which was founded in 1772, and it seems that this soy sauce is used for additional sauce.
