Thanks for introducing the tuning fork therapy to me! 🎶🧘🏻♀️ Honestly, before the session, i do wonder if I could achieve a state of calmness as I tend to think a lot. 🤔 💭 But then after about half an hour, I start feeling tension slowly released and more relaxed. 😌 It helps quiet down my busy mind and improve sleeping qualities. So yay~ now I find one more way to restore balance ⚖️ and energy⚡️😎✌🏻 Thank you dear~ 💜
