@thepizzaproject.hk is located in Central, offering affordable pizzas. I got the Carbonara Pizza (HKD140) because it seemed interesting and Instagramable. Pancetta and quail egg topped each slice of pizza. The dough was slightly thick, overall was average. Rustica Pizza (HKD95) cheesy overload. If you are a cheese lover, I recommend you order this one but I personally like Carbonara Pizza more. Their tiramisu (HKD65) was the highlight, it tasted so good, creamy, and full of rich flavour! Oops... I forgot to take a picture.
To be honest it's not an enjoyable experience. When we have entered the restaurant the staff mentioned we have 1.5 hours for dining. During the dinner, the staff were rushing us to order and remind us more than 8 times for the leaving time, even we just spent around 40 mins for eating at that time, which made my friends and me so annoying. At this point, no more next time.

今年奧斯卡得獎動畫片Soul（靈魂急轉彎），當中有好多台詞都深深震撼了我，因此我整理了十句電影發人深省的金句跟一段故事：

After several times mentioned by friends about this secret garden 🪴, finally got her location and prior reservation made before go...it’s really greeny 🌳 feel once reach the destination! We had a relaxing moment in this “𝐄𝐯𝐚 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐧” with Taiwan beef noodle 🍜 and refreshing passion fruit tea🍹...and add on another glass of lemonade cold brew ☕️ Special Taiwan braised pork pizza 🍕 or with rice and homemade cakes 🍰 also the must try items 😍
