SPDR Bloomberg Barclays International Treasury Bond ETF，美股代號BWX，中文名稱是道富國際公債ETF，成立於2007年十月2日。
BWX追蹤彭博巴克萊全球公債美國除外指數(Bloomberg Barclays Global Treasury ex-US Capped Index)。
彭博巴克萊全球公債美國除外指數由美國以外的全球投資級公債組成，以已開發國家公債為主。
債券必需是以當地貨幣發行、固定利率、至少還有一年以上才到期，才會被納入指數。
BWX內扣總開銷0.35%。這樣的費用率在目前低殖利率環境，仍是偏高的負擔。
圖中可以看到在全球股市在二月開始顯著下跌時，BWX有較明顯的上漲。雖然接下來有點跟股市一齊下跌，但可以看到在整個股市大跌又大漲的期間，BWX波動起伏明顯比較小。仍有發揮高評等債券的穩定效果。

Posted @withregram • @hkz.global 0032 The U.S. Treasury Department announced on Friday (7 Aug) that it is placing sanctions on 11 Chinese officials and individuals in Hong Kong, including Chief Executive Carrie Lam, for undermining political freedoms of Hong Kong citizens.
Sanction Implications:
• The 11 persons will have any property and assets in the U.S. frozen
• U.S. persons and businesses are genereally prohibited to be involved in business transactions with these 11 blocked persons
• Any provision of U.S. goods or services to the blocked persons is prohibited

美股代號VTIP的Vanguard Short-Term Inflation-Protected Securities ETF ，中文名稱是Vanguard短期抗通膨公債ETF，成立於2012年十月12日，追蹤Bloomberg Barclays US Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities 0-5 Year Index。
US Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities，簡寫為TIPS，指的是美國財政部發行的抗通膨公債。
指數名稱中的0-5 Years，指的是到期年限在零到五年之間的債券。
所以VTIP投資的是短期美國抗通膨公債。
Bloomberg Barclays US Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities 0-5 Year Index由美國財政部發行，到期年限五年以下的抗通膨公債組成。債券配置比率採市值比重。
VTIP以複製法追蹤指數。內扣總開銷是0.05%。比起去年(2019)的0.06%，降低了0.01%。比起2013年0.1%的內扣費用，目前更只有當時的一半。
2019年VTIP只落後指數0.02%。2016以來，每個單一年度的指數追蹤差距都在0.1%以下。是良好的指數追蹤成果。
VTIP的作用在於提供投資人一個短期內通膨突然升溫時的避險部位。
