過年就特別想念台灣小吃的味道，溫哥華沒有人賣肉圓，索性自己嘗試做做看。

感覺有模有樣，雖然還是有些進步空間，但味道也挺不賴的唷，只差肉圓皮Q度了。
.
原來米醬跟紅醬的做法這麼簡單，以前覺得米醬超好吃的，現在終於會做了，耶。

Miss the flavor of the food from hometown so much, especially when it is on the big holiday.

We haven’t seen the ba-wan here in Vancouver, so just tried to make it by ourselves.

Look such awesome, even there’s some room to get advance, but the taste was great enough, just have to make the pastry more chewy.

這個好吃，酸菜魚麵。

有三種麵可以選，粗麵、細麵、米線。

超大碗而且味道真的很棒～ 一大碗有三人份。

而且店家有設了一個挑戰，40分鐘內如果吃了這一大碗公的份量，就免費囉！！

個人建議，細麵搭這個湯頭有點失敗，可以挑粗麵或是米線，真的很好吃。
.
酸中帶著醇厚的麻以及些微的辣。

溫哥華市中心的「吃麵」小店，等你來挑戰。

Tasty noodle selection, fish fillets with pickle veggie soup and noodle.

There are three noodle options, thin noodle, thick noodle and rice noodle.
.
Super big bowl with plentiful materials, the flavor is absolutely awesome and there is three servings in the big bowl.

Come here and get challenge, eat all of food in 40 minutes, the meal will be free.
.
For my suggestion, if you gonna try pickle veggie noodle, choose the thick noodle or rice noodle, it's the better choice.
.
The flavor is full of sour and spicy, especially the smell is so good, very good to try.
.
Chi men is near English bay in Vancouver, hang out around there, don't miss the good noodle restaurant:)
