沒有太精準量很隨意
食材
冷凍藍莓 1/2 cup
冷凍香蕉🍌半根
冷凍鳳梨 一小塊
椰子水 2 tbsp
鳳梨汁 1 tbsp
酪梨 1/4 個
檸檬汁 2 tsp
有些是抓大概，打不動就加一點水
I’m just really craving blueberries this morning, so here is the blueberry smoothie bowl. 🥣
Add banana bread granola (recipe link in my bio), muesli, banana slices, and more other stuff that suits my heart. ❤️
It’s creamy and refreshing.
Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 sliced & frozen bananas
A small chunk of frozen pineapple 🍍
2 tbsp coconut water
1 tbsp pineapple juice
1/4 avocado 🥑
2 tsp lime or lemon juice
I didn’t do the exact measurements for every ingredient. I just eyeballed some of them, so you might need to add more water or banana if you feel like it.

🍌 Banana Sushi Rolls!
- Use a rolling pin to flatten 2 bread slices together.
- Spread with jam, peanut butter or both.
- Place a banana in the centre and roll. Then slice into 9 bit size pieces.
- Top with fruits, nuts, drizzle with chocolate or whatever you like. Yummzzzz!!! 😋
