VEGAN BANANA MUFFINS 🍌 Loaded with the sweetness from overripe bananas, these yummy treats are delightfully moist and healthy. Best of all, it can be prepared effortlessly in just under 10 minutes - all in one bowl! 🤩
Ingredients
4-5 ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups wholemeal flour
1 cup unrefined brown sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts
½ cup chopped dates
½ cup organic unsweetened almond milk
½ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C). In a bowl, combine all the wet ingredients and mix evenly until creamy. Add the dry ingredients (and fold in half of the chopped walnuts and dates) and stir gently just to combine without overmixing the batter. Fill muffin tins with batter and sprinkle with remaining walnuts and dates as topping. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

對於不能吃雞蛋或奶製品的朋友來說想吃蛋糕真的不容易,很多時候做出來的蛋糕都不能達到雞蛋做出來的蓬鬆感。這一款香蕉杯子蛋糕雖然無雞蛋但是口感和普通蛋糕沒差別。基本上吃不出又什麼不一樣,而且很鬆軟。大力推薦,沒有雞蛋也好好吃的香蕉杯子蛋糕~❤️
