#抗疫良方 呢個周末開始咗酒吧 #禁酒令 ，係時候拆我d #聖誕禮物啦！😆😆🎉 位於中歐嘅斯洛文尼亞，其實係2000多年前已開始有葡萄酒，係最早有葡萄酒嘅國家之一。試吓來自斯洛文尼亞 嘅Vinakoper Capris Marine Brut（左）有氣酒，外型粉藍色閃閃生輝，有層次又有香檳風韻，我十分喜愛。👍🏻🥂而Vinakoper Capris Marine Sec有氣酒 (右）甜甜地送芝士或甜品不錯。而Vinakoper Istrski Rubin Collection Cabernet Sauvignon 2009年紅酒，產量少只得3-4千支，優雅而充滿熟黑果香，十分精緻。喜歡試特別酒嘅朋友唔好錯過！係屋企試酒都好happy! 多謝 #偉成洋酒 ！大家加油！#周末愉快🎉🍷🥂Cheers!

I'm sure most of us have encountered these awkward situations.
We're at some fancy restaurant, and we feel completely out of place.
Five spoons, six forks, seven knives, what am I supposed to do?
And that's just the eating part!

Today we are role-playing, what wine goes with what kind of food,
how do we do a wine tasting, what is the proper wine tasting etiquette?

「全世界釀的酒，風味愈來愈相近。」酒評家Wilson Kwok說。「這次嘗斯洛文尼亞Vinakoper的出品難得有驚喜。」採用四個品種，包括原植於南意的Refosco、南法的Shiraz、波爾多風格的Cabernet Sauvignon及Merlot，組合獨特。「如果蒙瓶來試，亦很難猜得出產地。」他說。

聞起來，它混合了果味、花香味及香料味。喝來味道複雜，「第一口感覺酒精很強，喝到辛辣味，之後有清新的礦物味，平衡感很舒服。」
平均年產量只有千多二千瓶，更非年年出產，來港可能只有二百瓶左右。Wilson推薦，「值得趁早吸納。」
