The sharing today was a whole different experience to me, besides the topic is new, never really know how to actually explain when u step into the sport(wakeboard) industry, what opportunities are there/ what skills you need to have urself to be ready before u facing the real world, by knowing how to Wakeboard do a 313 is only 10% of it.
But the most amazing part wouldbe this is the first time having the sharing with my teammate-Sunny, first time hearing to her thought from deep inside, and she cried because her previous frustrated moments at work or facing family issues, It was deep and touching. Then we realized that the best thing is to have a team working together knowing we are sharing the same goal, aiming to the same direction, we do have many disagreements to each other sometimes. But until today, I am glad we both insisted what we want and overcame the challenges for the past 3.5 years together working at lotus.
On the way back driving in the car Sunny said to me: I really enjoy listening to your sharing, and I said: me too ❤️. We both had a great lesson today❤️
