Happy start of the school holidays! Yippee! I am looking forward to having more family time in the upcoming week, how about you?
Well, we have walked over 5km in the past week and we are targetting to walk another 5km next week. Woohoo! That means we will achieve beyond our target for this year's Skechers Friendship Walk and we will continue to find time to walk, exercise and stay healthy as a family.
We are choosing to do most of our walking outdoor, especially in parks, because it is just such a blessing to be able to get close to nature and breathe in the fresh air in these precarious times when there are so many unknowns about what will happen next.
While the hubby and I are loving our GOwalk Smart shoes which are comfy and light, the kids are also very happy with their new kicks which they can't wait to put on every time we head out.
