Btw, isn’t this basketball court with HDB flats background remind us of housing estate in Hong Kong?

Majority (up to 80%) of Singapore's population live in public housing flats managed by HDB (Housing Development Board). HDB Flats in Singapore are sold on a 99-year lease agreement.

Owning a property in Singapore is very expensive and public housing is much cheaper altenative to own a house here, for at least 99-years..
