Can't believe it's Jul already! In just 2 months, my baby will be 1 year old. Where did all that time go?

Most people had much expectation of 2021. People expected for life to resume to 'normal' (what does that even mean anymore), to have gatherings, to dine with their friends and family, mostly to travel, etc. Well, we are now in the second half of 2021.. pretty much still the same like 2020. And I'm still loving it! I lament like most people, about not being able to travel, but more about not being able to eat piping hot food when we can't dine in.

But i also truly believe in what Eckhart Tolle said, that 'Adversity plays a critical role in the evolution of our consciousness. Without it we would not learn to lead an awakened life.'

So, with no expectation of the rest of 2021, i shall jump into it with a joyful heart!

Enjoying our mum-and-kids outings before the school holidays end!

And before the baby comes which will mean we need to bring along a stroller, baby carrier, diapers, nursing shawl and lots more stuff. Haha. Yup, thankful to still be able to travel light for now and for the three kids who are very well-trained at walking long distances and taking public transport.

We have been to the River Safari countless times yet the kids are always very excited and happy to come here. Swipe for throwback to where I brought the girls here when I was 38 weeks preggie with Asher in 2015 and on his first visit when he was less than two weeks old. Awww, time flies.

It won't be long before we get to bring baby #4 here and hopefully he loves animals and nature as much as his siblings do.

I am taking u to Sennichimae shopping street in Osaka. This ramen noodles restaurant with good taste and good value for money. A warm reminder that make sure u have eaten fully before watch this video. Otherwise, u should wear a baby napkin instead. Sure u will be hungry after watching this video. If you know me personally, you know I have always had a special place in my heart for Canada, and I was finally back after nearly 2 years, as a spring break vacation. To be honest, I have not felt happy in a long time, I was not being myself at all. But 10 days in Canada, reunited with my really really amazing friends that I don't deserve, I felt happy. I cried so hard at the airport when I had to leave, not because spring break was over & I had to go back to college, but because I felt like I left a piece of me there & my whole entire body hurt so bad. I promise myself that I will try to find a way to come back to Canada every year, at least for the next 10 years (until my visa expires lol).
This is the proudest video I have ever filmed and edited, it took awhile but it's finally here now. I hope you enjoy!

Shoutout to Teeayz for being my personally tour guide and photographer/videographer, Fogii for letting me stay when I literally had no where to go lol and also for keeping me company, Angela for letting me stay at her house (in both Toronto & Kingston), Nishad for literally driving 2 hours just to pick me up and did carpool karaoke with me, Chedy for having Korean food with me, Đức Minh for paying for my noodles when my card got declined lol and also for letting me stay the night when i (again) had nowhere to go smh, Angela's boyfriend & guy friends for being such gentlemen & overall awesome dudes, Angela's mom for being so nice and cooked for me, Peter for being so crazy lol & made me feel welcomed when we literally just met...
I can go on and on and on.. See? This is why I love Canada! All my friends there are the real ones and I appreciate them so much!!!

Touring New York city and we lost each other for a moment. We're not quite used to the subways so it took us a moment to figure out where to go. Went to to see the Statue Of Liberty, 911 Memorial, World Trade Center and also touched a bull's balls for good luck! Then filled our bellies with some awesome pizza at the very first pizza shop in America Lombardis and ate some delicious cheesecakes at the Eileens Special Cheesecake. Possibly the best cheese cake we've ever had. Ended off the night with a nice dinner at RH New York roof top restaurant and worked off some calories at the Chelsea Market. A very eventful day!
