Scotland whisky trip 6th stop - To all my dear friends, I’d like to introduce my SON to u - “my own Whisky Cask”! 🤩🥃My BB is almost 3 years old, so I need to wait for him to grow up before I show him to uncles & aunties! After visiting my Whisky cask, I also joined the Cask Owners’ Party & enjoyed a whisky tasting with Blair, the founder of World Whisky Day! Then, I also enjoyed after party with live gig! Soooo happy! 🎉🎉🎉🥃🤩🤩🤩

期待已久嘅「季能美」Ki Noh Bi 日本京都Gin 酒已到港！呢個係首個日本Gin x 日本威士忌！陳年於已停產嘅日本輕井澤「能」威士忌雪梨桶內2個月，非常獨特，聖誕必買！HK$1800一瓶，第一批只得150支！顏色帶淡金色，味道帶季之美Gin酒嘅花香、柚子、杜松子及茶香，亦加入一點威士忌雪梨桶的烤烘、橡木、香料及乾果香，但又沒有搶去Gin嘅色彩，非常平衡！正！😆👍🏻真心推介！好高興成為首批率先試酒嘅嘉賓！多謝Liquid Gold - 至醇酒庫嘅聖誕禮物！
Long awaited “Ki Noh Bi” from Japanese Dry Gin Ki No Bi from Kyoto is launched in HK! It’s first crossover of Japanese Gin x Japanese Whisky ! The gin has been aged in the renowned Karuizawa Japanese Single Malt Whisky “Noh” sherry cask for 2 months. it’s limited edition. Great gift for Xmas! HK$1800/bottle & there is only 150 bottles for 1st release! The color is light gold with aromas is Ki No Bi gin with floral, yuzu, juniper and tea, plus the toasty, oak, spices & dried fruit notes from the sherry cask, but the whisky touch has not overwhelmed the gin flavours, it’s very balanced! Awesome! 😆👍🏻my recommendation!Happy to be the 1st group of guests to try! Thanks Liquid Gold for the lovely Xmas present!
