I had the absolute honour of bringing our delicious & unique Malaysian cuisine to London, cooking it with the talented & keen culinary students/apprentice chefs from various countries at @UWLHospTour kitchen last week.
It was a real pleasure working with and contributing to my alma mater @uniwestlondon.
TQVM to our national carrier @MAS and government agencies based here in London i.e. @matrade_hq @tourism_malaysia_london for the amazing support rendered towards the successful execution of the event. This was definitely a memorable 'A Taste of Malaysia' alumni dinner and I couldn't be prouder.
