中秋節可以自己做月餅來吃,
金黃色的冰皮月餅,
代表吃了可以黃金滾滾來,
富貴過中秋!
這一次的綠豆蓉餡料炒得很成功,
口感非常綿密、滑順,
祝大家 中秋佳節愉快!

冰皮材料:
1. 冰皮月餅預拌粉 315g
2. 水 165g
3. 薑黃粉 5g

綠豆蓉餡料:
1.去皮綠豆 90g
2. 細砂糖 80g
3. 植物油 30g
4. 水 420g

作法:
1. 將餅皮材料全部混合攪拌均勻。
2.將去皮綠豆和水一起放入鍋內煮滾。
3. 煮滾之後蓋蓋子, 鍋蓋留一個小縫, 繼續煮到水份收乾。
3.放入糖、植物油翻炒。
4.糖融化後, 用攪拌調理棒打爛, 繼續翻炒。
5.將30g的皮包裹25g的餡料, 捏成圓形, 壓模即可。
