打完尼克遜一巴，再打德國總理一巴
（Pompeo同時向自己國家同德國指手劃腳！）
Pompeo响紀念1972年訪問中國嘅前總統尼克遜嘅Richard Nixon Presidential Library貢花之後嘅演講，大庭廣眾响尼克遜嘅家鄉話佢50年前做嘅嘢係錯，然後跟著做嗰啲「盲撐」（blind engagement）都係錯，好多人好多代好多國家都錯晒。
"The kind of engagement we have been pursuing has not brought the kind of change in China that President Nixon hoped to induce."
"The old paradigm of blind engagement with China simply won't get it done. We must not continue it. We must not return to it."
洗唔洗問米，叫尼生上黎人間講兩句咁呢？
明明講緊"The free world must triumph over this new tyranny."，忽然間响唔開名但又好明顯嘅情況下，篤咗德國總理出黎，狠狠咁打咗一巴。
“It’s difficult for some small countries. They fear being picked off. Some of them for that reason simply don’t have the ability or courage to stand with us for the moment."
（對於某啲小國黎講，佢地唔敢出聲嘅原因，係因為無能力或者勇氣响呢個時候同我地企埋一齊。）
地球這麼大，即係話邊個？唔該清楚啲...
"Indeed, we have a NATO ally of ours that hasn’t stood up in the way that it needs to with respect to Hong Kong because they fear Beijing will restrict access to China’s market. This is the kind of timidity that will lead to historic failure,”
（其實，北約裡面有一個盟友响香港問題上面完全唔出聲，因為佢驚無咗個市場。咁細膽嘅所為，將會帶黎歷史錯誤。）
如果德國外交部會回應（應該唔會），唔知會用咩用語呢？

有查到won't = will not
但使用上似乎有不同
但will的三態變化似乎跟won扯不上關係
不曉得差異在哪裡?
