We suffer silently with the pain and often seek for comfort in the arms of those who keep us safe from the memories. We need to heal in order to move on ; if wounds from the past has the tendency to inflict pain constantly then you will forever live on the edge, finding yourself shifting through emotions. You can be a survivor only if you are living to the fullest and for that, you need healing.
