Taiwan is looking to recruit its next generation of diplomats! If you have a strong dedication to upholding Taiwan's sovereignty, then the Ministry of Foreign Affairs welcomes you to apply.

This year's Special Examination for Consular and Diplomatic Personnel has been updated. The English requirements and qualifications for the exam are the same as before, but now apart from the Chinese language and law and politics sections, where questions and answers will still be given in Chinese, all other topics will be in English. That means answers will be required in English as well!

For the oral exams, the group exam will still be in Chinese and the individual exam in English.

If you think you've got what it takes, take note of the following dates:
Sign up: May 25 to June 3
Written exams: September 4 & 5
Oral exams: December 18 (subject to change)

방탄소년단《Film out 필름 아웃》 바이올린 커버 | Violin Cover by Lin Tzu An of Film out by BTS

Film out 是日本劇場版《Signal長期未解決事件搜查班》的主題曲，看到這劇名，固定在追韓劇的各位想必覺得眼熟，沒錯！這劇場版就是從超好看的韓劇《Signal信號시그널》改編的。
這一次日方推出劇場版，更邀請到防彈少年團接續演唱主題曲。

歌曲編排對很多聽習慣Kpop套路的人來說應該不太習慣，反而帶有J-pop的感覺。光是聽旋律的記憶點不多，也沒有中毒性，但可以感覺到是首傷感的歌，溫柔地說著在心裡不會消失的人的故事。

可能是珍惜當下概念已經被講爛了，只好用更新的包裝方式講故事，現在更多是用穿越的方式來呈現已經不復存在的眷戀、依依不捨和撫今追昔。我們甚至用自己想像中的時光機，想著那個人好像就站在對面，但是可望不可及，當想伸出手觸碰若隱若現的對方，他卻如同過眼煙雲消失不見了。

是不是頗有我上首cover的錯位時空感，我吹過你吹過的晚風，那我們算不算相擁的遺憾，那就做個有你的夢吧，再擁有一次，醒來之後再失去一次，反覆練習之後，即使沒有時光機穿越回到過去，也應該可以熟悉夢以外沒有你的日子！

Film out is the ending theme song of the Signal the Movie Cold Case Investigation Unit, the Japanese TV series. Anyone familiar with the KR dramas may relate this one to the KR drama with the same name, which was super famous earlier and it is =]
This JP version was a remake of KR drama "Signal 시그널." The song was written by BTS member Jungkook in collaboration with the lead vocalist of Japanese rock power trio Back Number, Iyori Shimizu.

Cherishing the moment may sound like too old-school or what, now we have to package the story with new concept, like going back to the past with time machine. The one I miss sooo much seems to be standing opposite there, but he is out of reach. When I want to reach out and touch him hug hum, he just disappear away.

I still miss you soooo much. I want to be with you, it is as simple and as complicated as that.
Until then, I'd feel the sun and the wind as if you are holding me.
But now all I can do is have a dream with you where you are with me. It'll be like being there with you in the dream and losing you after waking up. After being repeated again and again every night and day and practicing like this, even there is no such time machine to travel back to the past, I would be good at the days without you after waking up in reality (oh but I would def choose to love you if there were a time machine taking me back to the past).

The rise of China and the fall of the West.  My belief is that Britain will be the first European country to fall.  There will be shock and awe as the world watches parts of Europe become third world countries.  Police overwhelmed.  High levels of inflation, and daily riots.  All China will have to do is to wait and pick up the pieces.  Unfortunately one of those pieces will be Taiwan.  The overblown welfare state, mass immigration from countries and of peoples not understood by the politicians that initiated the immigration policies.  The resentment of the indigenous Brits and the weak police force will lead to bloodbaths in the streets.  China despite all the wishes for it to collapse will not.  There will be swift moves to take advantage of the gap in power.  Taiwan will be the Suez canal of the United States of America.  If Britain has a cultural revolution this is it.  The dark ages saw a decline in life expectancy, innovation, creativity.  The west is about to enter another dark ages. There is no telling how long it will last.  The next proper comprehensive history written about the peoples of Britain will be written in Chinese.  This is the strange death of Britain.

Lisa 的創作心靈：
＂沒關係＂是Lisa 2016年五月份寫的原創歌曲。lisa 當時原本是為了愛情和新生命來臨而放棄了她最喜歡的音樂世界。也因為這種改變而令Lisa 那段時間意志非常消沈。
碰巧加拿大多倫多中文電台舉辦了＂第九屆中文歌曲創作大賽＂Lisa就藉著這個機會寫了＂沒關係＂參賽，因而重投音樂的懷抱.
這是她再次回到音樂舞台寫的第一首原創歌曲，描述關於一個為音樂而生的女生，經過不同的愛情歷練，走進愛情的虛假世界而迷失，連唯一支援自己動力＂音樂＂也放下不管。 可惜無論她多麼的努力都只是在渴望得到真愛的邊緣遊走，現實都給她重重的打擊， 今天這女生從謊言中醒覺，痛苦中成長蛻變，終於學懂了放下，再次回到她最愛的音樂世界，站上舞臺再次發亮。 她發覺原來只要走進音樂的世界，所有的委屈和痛苦都只是一個經歷，一切都不重要，因此這首歌叫《沒關係》。
希望觀眾會感到音樂的真實和生命，無論受多大傷害， 只要有音樂， 一切的苦難都會是《沒關係》。
這首歌有在「多倫多中文電台」有播放過，「A1 Chinese Radio Toronto Canada」，與商業電台 嘅《馬路的事 我哋的事》， 還有台灣電台「獨立音樂講堂 -第二十八集」（DJ罐頭）。
這是我的真實寫照，希望大家能在輕鬆中的音樂中感受到我的經歷。

"It's Okay" is an original song written by Lisa Hui in May 2016. Lisa had given up her beloved musical world for her love and new born son. The change in circumstance left Lisa very depressed  at the time. This song was written for the "9th Chinese Song Writing Competition", sponsored by the Canadian Chinese radio station. 

Lisa took the opportunity to write and record "It's Okay" while rejoicing in her return to music.

"It's Okay" describes a girl who is reborn to create music... capturing Lisa's return to writing original songs. The story of a woman who's experiences through a false world of love left her without  her creativity. Leaving her alone in a place where no matter how hard she tries the reality of lost love leaves her on the edge. The reality of life has hit her hard.

Today, this girl wakes up from the lies, grows and transforms the pain into strength. She learns to let go and return to her beloved musical world again. Standing on the stage and shining again is where she wants to be. She has realized that as long as she walks in the world of music the pain and hurt are no longer important... "It's Okay"

Lisa hopes that her audience and listeners feel the truth and the life in her music. No matter how much damage or trauma we have experienced as long as there is music "It's Okay"

This song has been played on stations such as ; "Toronto Chinese Radio" , "A1 Chinese Radio Toronto" ,”Industrial Radio station "The Road and us", "Taiwan Radio's Independent Music Lecture ep.28"and shown live on Fairchild Television
