It is a powerful guided meditation done in savasana (Corpse Pose) that will help you to release tension and stresses, which promotes deep rest and relaxation, while developing greater self awareness.

Guided Morning Body Scan Meditation
Hi everyone! My name is Maisie Kwong and I am a Certified Life Coach and Mindfulness Coach. Aside from that, I also work in Investment Banking. Recently, I had the opportunity to introduce Mindfulness Mediation into the workplace. Meditation is something we can do any where and at any time.
