瑜伽動作唔一定喺越難越好,我呢款叫「屍體放鬆式」,表面上就咁攤喺度,實質要感應身體每個位置,透過腦神經傳遞信息,令肌肉逐部放鬆。
我着咗整套重量級裝備,加強難度,要唔俾自己再諗練習同比賽嘅事!我相信大家有時喺練習或者比賽過後,瞌埋眼瞓覺都仲會諗起,然後越諗越興奮,瞓唔着。今日練完長課啱晒!

The one that I do is called “Corpse Pose/ Savasana” 🧛♀️.
Superficially I am just laying down. However I have to send message to every part of my muscles to relax through nerve transmissions.
It’s not easy especially after training or racing. You brain is still very excited and keeping thinking of the process. Perhaps that’s why I always get insomnia.
