You see, we procrastinate not because we’re lazy...
No.
We procrastinate for a much deeper and dangerous reason.
We all have what I call...
Inner Demons.
These inner demons cause procrastination but disguise themselves as “rational and logical” reasons.
They bait us into not achieving our best lives, and they do so in very sneaky ways.
There are 7 dangerous Inner Demons that cause procrastination… and I’ll reveal to you what they sound like your mind… so you can slay them whenever you encounter a demon.
Let’s start with a push-up as a simple analogy.
Pretend you are doing push-ups, here’s how each of your 7 Inner Demons would sound like...
1. The Perfectionist.
“Alright, I want to make sure I do this correctly. So I’ve got to make sure my arms are square and my body is in the right angle
How far apart should my arms be? Should my feet be together or apart?
Hmm… maybe I should wait until I get my new sports gear to do the push-ups, I don’t want to do it in improper clothing.”
This is the perfectionist.
And let me ask you, if one person does no pushups but another person does 10 imperfect pushups every day...
After 100 days, who would be further ahead?
The person who does the imperfect pushups.
This is the first demon.
2. The Measurer.
“Well, I can do 5 pushups. But that guy over there can do 10 pushups, and that girl can do 20. Man… I suck. Why bother trying?”
This is the inner demon that compares itself to everyone, and when it finds someone who is better it feels defeated and stops trying.
Let me tell you… there will ALWAYS be someone better than you at any particular thing. So it’s dumb to think that.
Instead, focus on your own improvement and just do the pushup.
3. The Futurist
“Maybe I want to build up my chest muscle. But what if I do it wrong and my triceps get too big? What if it looks weird compared to my biceps?
Then my shirts won’t look good. And I have to train my back to keep my body balanced…”
It’s just a pushup.
This demon thinks into the future and wants everything to fit perfectly. It wants everything to be laid out neatly in front of them before taking that first step forward...

🤜What are the reasons do I input pushups with mediball into my training system?
👉 In my training system, everything is just a tool. Dumbbell, barbell, cable, kettlebell, machine...even a Stability Ball.
👉 Since it is FUN to the general population. And because my trainees saw Lebron James also did some stability ball exercises from the IG. They just want to copy him.
👉 I don't mind to add some FUN exercises to my trainees as long as they did all the basic exercises - heavy squat, heavy deadlift, chin-ups....
👉 If something can motivate my trainees to continue to train at the gym, I'm fine to give them some FUN exercises. However, performing exercises with the mediball with proper form is not easy at all.
Variations:
1️⃣ Pushups x Lower legs on the ball
2️⃣ Push-ups x Feet on the ball
3️⃣ Push-ups x Toes on the ball
4️⃣ Single leg Push-ups
5️⃣ Tuck-in Push-ups .
⭐️Finisher of the Day
5 exercises x 20 reps each = 100 reps

Can't do Push-Ups or it's just the day you just don't feel like getting down on the floor? I got you covered! No Push-Up, No Plank, No Burpees, No Crunches, and No BS. Just 5 minutes of pure spicy cardio that burns massive calories, just as much as other intensive workouts.
5 minutes for each round. One round is good. Of course, it would be great if you can do more rounds (3-5 is excellent).
Warming up your body is crucial. I would recommend everyone to go through one round of this routine with slow & easy pacing before going all out.

Insane home workout | how many sets can you do?
Day one i got a deep tissue massage. If you follow my channel you will know i love getting massages.
The massage uncle used all his strenght to give me a good massage. Had a good night sleep. Super well rested thanks to the massage.
The next i came back home from work. I decided to do a upper body bodyweight work. Because my legs was still very sore.
The workout
• 10 burpees
• 10 push up
• 10 pike push up
• 10 Sets
I was only able to finish 8 complete sets. After the 8th sets of pike push up i was completely drained. So i decided to just finish the last 2 sets of the burpees and push ups.
This workout was harder than i expected by a lot. But no pains no gians.
