Happy New Year!! How many of you have set fitness resolutions in the past? Have you achieved it? Or have you just forgotten about it? According to a study, 60% of people give up on their resolution by February. By March, a whopping 80% have totally let it go.
I don’t want you to be one of the statistics. I want you to be part of that 20% who succeed and I know you can do it. I’m going to share with you 7 Ways to Actually Succeed in Your Fitness Resolution.

I believe that achieving our goals isn’t about willpower. It’s about developing the right skills and strategies and with the right execution, it will lead to success.

Let’s sculpt and shape our hips and thighs! All of the moves in this routine are very dynamic and work the inner and outer thighs, plus glute muscles from multiple angles.
No equipment needed, just your bodyweight! We’ll begin with standing movements in the 1st circuit, and we’ll work on the mat for the 2nd circuit. Do this workout 2 - 3 times weekly, and you’ll start to notice a difference in the shape of your hips, thighs and glutes!

Here's a 30-Day Workout Plan to lose weight and sculpt your body!
This program has a combination of HIIT workouts and STRENGTH training to boost your metabolism, burn calories, lose weight and sculpt lean muscle mass effectively. All you need is ONLY 30 minutes a day to get the workouts done! And the best part is, you can do it at home in a small space with minimal equipment.
All my workouts are done in REAL TIME (no voice over instructions!). I’ll be guiding you through the entire class making sure that you are doing the exercises correctly and to keep you motivated, plus we’ll be having lots of fun. If at all you feel that the exercises are too tough, then feel free to choose the easier version, and slowly progress through the weeks.
