First time making my favorite baja fish tacos 🐟 🌮 in HK (recipe on the blog!). Found corn tortillas at City Super IFC (couldn’t find them in Causeway Bay). Made my own pico di gallo, guacamole 🥑 , and chili 🌶 mayo sauce. Pan fried chili flour dusted black cod filets. Highly recommended @elmeromero at @chijmes.sg for some Mexican feast. You have to try this Baja Fish Tacos ($14++ for 2). The tempura fish was crispy, juicy, tender and nothing but amazing. Sweet, salty, slightly spicy; a burst of different flavours in your mouth. We all agreed that this was the star of the evening.
