A first time exclusive #physique workshop by the one and only @aiesha_asmadi. She is a rising #powerhouse in the world of competitive amateur physique and #bodybuilding. AIESHA is the Bikini champion Fit Angel Classic 2017 (international comp) and Sports Model champion with NABBA-WFF SG GRAND PRIX (winning pro card) 2017. Her other illustrious achievements include:
- 4th in the IFBB SOS '17
- 5th in the FIT WHEY Classic '17
- 3rd in the Men of Steel '15
- 5th in the MuscleMania Asia '15
If you want to know whether the world of competitive physique and bodybuilding is for you, or whether you have what it takes to succeed, or if you are competing and want to get some awesome tips and tricks, this is workshop for you. Aiesha will be covering the basics of physique and #bikini competitions, as well as sharing her experience competing at such a high level. There will be a practical session at the end of the workshop followed by a short Q&A.
