Here it is the final episode for the #LinoraJourneyToComp series.
Getting called out for top 10 was music to me. I know my physique wasnt as lean but i gave the best performance i could. The medal was enough for me at that moment. knowing my family, my boyfriend and my friends were in the crowd really was a confidence booster.
This is just the beginning and yeap, you will see me back on the stage soon! It's pretty cool that I can now say I'm a competitive athlete. I may be at my infant stage in this sport, but watch out, I'll get better! New Goals ahead!

Hey guys! After the Saturday, I want to say thanks again for the overwhelming support from everyone, it's hard to thank each of you, but know that I'm very grateful to all of you who followed my journey to the competition. Tonight will the the vlog finale of my #LinoraJourneyToComp series. Hopefully all goes well it'll be aired tonight and you'll see more of what went on behind the stage and the prep.
A number of you have asked me how did I do it? How do you get results? Going from the once bulky / chunky shape to a leaner physique for the comp. I would like to say it boils down to 3 important Cs - Your Commitment, Your Consistency and the right COACH!
My coach @benperformancecoach will be here this 26 - 28 MAY (Yay) to talk about how to transform your physique for your body type and he will share more in depth about my transformation too, the food and training.

All Glory Be to God! Warning long post 😉 It is the day after the comp and I'm back at work on radio. 🤗 After 125 days, countless hours at the gym and kitchen, all the fish and chicken, the money spent for last night paid off. For my very first show, im happy with the result coming in top 10 in both short and novice categories. Gratitude (& some serious cramps) filled me backstage.
Thank you once again to my family for their endless support, my mom who didnt see me on stage buy was with me backstage love you so much. My friends who came to support, you know who you are!!!
My @benperformancecoach who was on the phone with me the whole day, @rykielcherie82 who helped me look good on stage. @befitmalaysia for the support and supplements i needed. @visionbodymalaysia @danieltanlt_chiro for helping my ankle on the 3 days if comp. @lifestylechiropractice when i needed you the most for my back. @celebrityfitnessmalaysia for giving me a place to sweat. @koafitnessmy for a place to practice my posing away from male eyes.
