[隱藏酒吧裡 用茶盅嘆fusion雞尾酒]
平時因為就腳我多數去 Dr. Fern，不過同一集團的 Mrs. Pound 有新餐牌，愛酒的朋友馬上約我一起去試。與其他飲cocktail的地方相比，Mrs. Pound 比較環境光猛，也有頗為抵飽、分量不小的食物，像居酒屋可以同朋友happy hour直落食埋晚飯。
Mrs. Pound 入口最好玩，有個神秘掣，我到埗時找不到，要勞煩朋友幫我開門。座位不多，一定要訂位，差不多晚晚full house。當晚飲了幾款雞尾酒，不單選材有驚喜，造型也出眾！我的茶盅陳皮雞尾酒 "Ni Hao You Doing" 一奉上，隔離檯的外國人馬上望實，內有 Tanqueray，加入陳皮的 Mancino Rosso 苦艾酒, Campari 及花雕酒，橙味與陳皮產生了微妙的化學作用，很適合愛飲烈酒的我。
另一款像日本和服的雞尾酒 "Delicate Dance of Geisha"，以櫻花花樣清酒為主角，加入 Tanqueray London Dry 及梅酒，還有個大和撫子陪你飲。
飲雞尾酒當然要有香口小吃，但這裡的雞尾酒咁有心思，小食不可能用炸薯條那麼頹吧~ 下篇再續。
