【微波爐去除苦味,奶油醬炒球芽甘藍培根】
今天介紹一道利用微波爐做的球芽甘藍料理。
以往想去除球芽甘藍的苦味就需要借助川燙一步驟。
但是用微波爐的話也能去除少許苦味喔,而且作法更加輕鬆方便,沒時間做菜時很推薦這道食譜。
如果沒有微波爐的話,當然相同作法用大同電鍋也可以做。
想吃更有焦香味的話,用平底鍋炒當然更好吃,試著運用家中有的器具做看看吧!

球芽甘藍---100g
培根---50g
醬油---1大匙
奶油butter---5g
雞粉---1/2茶匙

☆作法步驟☆
[1]
將球芽甘藍洗淨切對半,培根切好入口大小。
全材料放入耐熱容器中,封上保鮮膜後留一小口。
[2]
放入微波爐800w(大火)加熱3分鐘就完成。
[3]
單吃或是拌上義大利麵一起吃都很不錯,推薦你試試。

除了培根之外,火腿也是個不錯的選擇。

Egg Salad Sandwiches with Brussels Sprouts Chunks (Recipe)
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 30min
Number of servings: 2 servings
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
a pinch of sugar
salt and pepper
2 slices of bread
Brussels Sprouts Namul https://youtu.be/1qnpXEkZWyM
Directions:
1. Boil eggs for about 20 minutes from water to make boiled eggs.
2. Chop (or mash with a fork) the eggs, then season with mayonnaise, sugar, salt and pepper.
3. Put the egg salad and Brussels Sprouts Namul between 2 slices of bread. Wrap in parchment paper and cut in half to serve.

We Japanese also love Korean-style dishes. I did not make it spicy for kids btw. I love dishes seasoned with simple salt, sesame seeds and sesame oil. Smells really good and appetizing. MUST TRY, really good 😋

Brussels Sprouts Namul (Korean-Style Vegan Salad 나물 Recipe)
Difficulty: VERY EASY
Time: 5min
Number of servings: 2
Ingredients:
200g (7oz.) brussels sprouts
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. toasted white sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Wash brussels sprouts, trim off the dirty end, then slice down the middle lengthwise.
2. Boil water in a large pot. Add a teaspoon of salt in the water, cook brussels sprouts for about 3 minutes. Drain well in a strainer.
3. Toss with salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to finish.
You can keep it in the fridge for 3 days.

Brussels Sprouts Ohitashi (Japanese Vegan Recipe)
Difficulty: VERY EASY
Time: 5min
Number of servings: 2
Ingredients:
200g (7oz.) brussels sprouts
salt
* 100ml water
* 1/3 tsp. Kombu kelp Dashi powder https://amzn.to/2Ysaqgv
* 1 tbsp. soy sauce
* 1/3 tsp. sugar
ground white sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Wash brussels sprouts, trim off the dirty end, then slice down the middle lengthwise.
2. Boil water in a large pot. Add a teaspoon of salt in the water, cook brussels sprouts for about 3 minutes. Drain well in a strainer.
3. In a sauce pan or microwave, heat water, Kombu kelp Dashi powder, soy sauce, and sugar mixture until it comes to a boil.
4. Soak brussels sprouts in Dashi soy sauce.
5. Sprinkle with some fresh ground white sesame seeds just before you serve.
You can keep it in the fridge for 3 days.

營養豐富的球芽甘藍Brussels Sprouts 算是在歐美很普遍的蔬菜之一
近幾年在台灣也很容易買的到
富含豐富的維他命C和維他命K
同時和花椰菜一樣含有豐富的Sulforaphane
可以幫助抗氧化
這道簡單的香烤球芽甘藍算是很多美國牛排餐廳必備的開胃前菜之一
烤過的球芽甘藍有著如同炒洋蔥焦糖化的香甜滋味
但是烤的不夠或是烤的過頭
都有可能讓球芽甘藍本身帶有的苦甘味道變的更苦~
今天就來分享簡單又美味的作法吧~
PS, 這個料理方式是從Youtube上看來的~

材料:
1. 球芽甘藍一份
2. 黑胡椒.鹽.香料粉 適量
(香料粉可以依照個人喜歡加入)
3. 橄欖油 2大匙
步驟:
1. 球芽甘藍洗乾淨之後,將水份擦乾
[小撇步1] 水份擦乾這個步驟很重要喔~
因為濕濕的球芽甘藍如果送入烤箱烘烤
就會有點像是半蒸烤的料理
外層就不會有微脆的感覺喔~
2. 將球芽甘藍較硬的底部切除
接著對半切
3. 把切好的球芽甘藍放入一個大碗中
淋上橄欖油和調味料們
[小撇步2] 用手攪拌均勻~
由於球芽甘藍圓圓滾滾,加上切開後切面有很多層
用手攪拌可以盡量讓每顆球芽甘藍的表層都有均勻裹上油和調味料~
烤出來的球芽甘藍也比較容易烤的均勻~
4. [小撇步3] 接著將球芽甘藍以切面朝下的方式放上烤盤
就是平的那面朝下來烤
這樣烤可以讓切面焦糖化以及上層葉片有微酥脆的感覺
5. 接著放入烤箱以 200度C烤25-30分鐘
6. 烤約15分鐘時,把整盤拿出來搖一搖
讓切面不要黏在烤盤上
接著再烤10-15分鐘就好囉!
小一點的球芽甘藍可能需要烤的時間較短~
在20分鐘後就要注意球芽甘藍有沒有烤焦喔~
