Day 10 = 360 calories
Day 11 = 390 calories
Day 12 = 420 calories
Day 13 = 460 calories
Day 14 = 500 calories

CARA BURNED CALORIES
Boleh lakukan apa-apa saja aktiviti kat dalam rumah seperti berlari, jump rope, zumba atau apa-apa saja asalkan dapat burned calories dan direkod menggunakan fitness tracker macam Apple Watch, Garmin etc.

SUBMIT SETIAP HARI
Submit data setiap hari calories burned to kat SofeaRun App untuk simpanan data

Will be adding my steps to the Health Promotion Board, Singapore “520 Million Steps for the Nation” Challenge!
In celebration of #SG52, HPB is asking all Singaporeans to collectively clock 520 million steps. It seems a huge number, but the more of us join in, the easier it will be to achieve. And we all get some exercise in the process. :)
