寒熱健脾素湯
有沒有發現身邊有些朋友特別容易患上腸胃炎,明明一大班人一起吃飯,但只有他/她出現腹瀉、嘔吐的症狀,有時並非食物出現問題,而是因為他們脾胃功能欠佳,一吃生冷、肥膩濃味食物如刺身、壽司或火鍋等,脾胃負擔就大大加重,招架不住就出現腸胃炎症狀。要解決這種惱人問題,還是要靠平日強化脾胃功能。養成健康的飲食及生活習慣,少吃生冷及辛辣濃味食物外,多吃健脾養胃食物如粗糧及每天飲米水,也不應因減肥而戒飯,可定期飲用健脾湯水以作保健,也可因應自己的體質調節湯料,加入清熱或暖胃食材,更能對症下藥。
針對寒/熱體質素湯小貼士:
有偏熱症狀如咽喉痛、口瘡、暗瘡、便秘、大便不爽等
+生薏米、馬蹄、黑木耳、海帶
有虛寒症狀如畏冷、手腳冰冷、面色蒼白、腹痛等
+栗子、核桃、薑、淮山等
佛手瓜粟米五指毛桃湯
功效:健脾養胃,疏肝理氣止瀉。
材料:佛手瓜1個、粟米2根、五指毛桃80克、白扁豆30克、陳皮1角、蜜棗2枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,佛手瓜去皮切塊及粟米去皮留鬚切塊備用。
2. 鍋內加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
注意:感冒未清者不宜飲用

Hairy fig root soup with chayote and corn
Effects: Strengthens the spleen and stomach, disperses stagnated liver qi and relieves diarrhea
Ingredients: 1 chayote, 2 corn, 80g hairy fig root, 30g hyacinth bean, 1 dried citrus peel, 2 candied dates
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel chayote and cut into pieces. Peel corn, keep the silk, and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
Note it is not suitable for those with flu.

佛手瓜紅蘿蔔五指毛桃湯
材料:佛手瓜2個、紅蘿蔔1根、新鮮淮山1根、五指毛桃80克、生薏米40克、白扁豆30克、 蜜棗2枚
做法:
所有材料洗淨,佛手瓜、紅蘿蔔、新鮮淮山去皮切塊備用。鍋中加入約2000毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
功效:健脾止瀉。舒緩反覆腹痛、腹瀉症狀。注意感冒未清者不宜飲用。

Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel chayote, carrot and Chinese yam and cut into pieces. Combine all ingredients with 2000ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
Effects: strengthen the spleen to relieve diarrhea. Alleviate frequent occrence of stomach pain and diarrhea. Note this is not suitable for those recovering from a cold/flu.

做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨。佛手瓜、紅蘿蔔、馬蹄去皮切塊。黑木耳泡水半日備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,改文火煮1小時,下鹽調味即可。
功效:清熱消滯。舒緩暴飲暴食而令胃部受損的胃脹、消化不良、胃部不適等症狀。

Ingredients: 2 chayote, 1 carrot, 8 water chestnut, 2 black fungus, 3 figs
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel chayote, carrot and water chestnuts and cut into pieces. Soak black fungus for half a day.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hours. Add salt to taste.
Effects: clears heat and stagnation. Relieves overeating related stomach discomfort, indigestion, and abdominal bloating.

合掌瓜玉竹紅腰豆湯:
材料:
合掌瓜2個
玉竹1兩
紅腰豆1兩
腰果30粒
南杏半兩
蜜棗3粒
水2公升
鹽少量
處理:
1. 玉竹、南杏、紅腰豆、腰果及蜜棗用滾水浸10分鐘。
2. 合掌瓜,洗淨皮,切好,起芯。
3. 腰果、南杏、紅腰豆及蜜棗,沖洗乾淨擎乾水,放入電飯煲。
4. 玉竹洗淨,放入電飯煲。
烹調:
1. 加2公升水入電飯煲。
2. 用煲湯功能,煲2小時。
3. 加入少許鹽,可飲用。

Cashew soup with angular solomon's seals and chayote :
Ingredients:
Chayote 2 Nos.
Angular solomon's seals 1 tael
Red kidney beans
Cashews
Sweet apricot kernels 1/2 ta el
Preserved dates 3 Nos.
Water 2 litres
Salt little
Preparation:
1. Angular solomon's seals, south apricot kernels, red kidney beans, cashews, and preserved dates to be soaked in water for 10 minutes.
2. Chayote, rinse skin,
and remove seeds.
3. Cashews, south apricot kernels, red kidney beans and preserved dates to be rinsed thoroughly. Hang dry then put all the above in rice cooker.
4. Rinse angular solomon's seals, then put into rice cooker.
5. Put 2 litres of water in rice cooker.
6. Use "porridge/soup" function, to cook soup for 2 hours.
7. Add appropriate amount of salt, serve.
