烤乳豬西文發音大概就是「勾妻ni唷-阿殺豆」, 勾住你老婆的手，殺豆子😅
週末，我們吃了烤乳豬，就是你看到的這隻沈睡中的小豬🐷
這道菜餚主要是在西班牙卡斯提亞自治區（Castilla)的塞哥維亞市Segovia ，早期是以盤子切豬，切完把盤子摔破，引申為「帶來好運」。
其實不只有這區吃烤乳豬，很多地方大家都會吃，在西班牙大學城-沙拉曼卡Salamanca 稱為tostón（發音：都是洞）；烤乳豬更是離島馬略卡島聖誕節主要的佳餚，大家都搶著吃豬耳朵呢！
