Home 🏡 for the past 3 days at @guasnabaluhomestay for Rona Sabah: Secawan Kopi Di Kaki Gunung Kinabalu with @mtkinabalucoffee and RTM crew. It was a fun journey and I learned a lot about this local produced coffee ☕, from the picking, processing to the end product. Everything was done manually and has been practiced for over 50 years, such a tedious process but just watching it was satisfactory 😍❤️.

Thank you Guas Nabalu Homestay and @hunther_hunting family for the warm hospitality and the delicious food 😋. Also @jescy10 and crew for such a wonderful time and the opportunity to be apart of the project. I think my occasional awkwardness vanished in an instant 😂🤣

Weather was chilly and it rained everyday. I really miss this place, it was part of the TMBT route and I had fond memories running there for few years.

Be back soon, hopefully 😉 camping anyone? 🏕😍. I'll announce when it will be aired on TV1 📺

This is so good 😋 love the flavor profile. I probably only was displeased with the coffee bits inside which he will replace once he is happy with the final product. Ahhh so memorable, I even went to the extent to ask what coffee beans he used coz I love the taste.

Thankfully am ready today and did not consume any coffee (I sked overdose coz am jumpy with coffee consumption but it helps with the flow of brain juice). But yeah, this was good. Can't wait for the final product 😋❤️

These are Local coffee (Arabica) planted at the foot of Mt.Kinabalu (1300m asl), Sabah. Traditionally processed and roasted using firewoods. The processing method has been practiced for generations (over 50 years) at a small village called Kiau Nuluh at Kota Belud, Sabah. It is highly aromatic and very famous among the tourists. One of the very few local Arabica Coffee available in Malaysia.
