What is circuit training??🤔🤔

Circuit training is basically a method of workout that involves a number of exercises arranged in a proper sequence into one GIANT SET in a certain time frame, number of sets and reps to be performed.
You can design a circuit for TOTAL BODY , LOWER BODY, UPPER BODY or even for CARDIO, STRENGTH focused, COORDINATION focused and so on , entirely up to you.( JUST MAKE SURE ITS REALISTIC)

What are the benefits of circuit training? .
- time efficient ( safes time)
- targets more muscles
- fat burning!! Especially if you are plateau and looking for a major progression

Is it recommended for beginners?
.
If you ask me i would say , if programmed properly circuit can still be done in the beginning stage , but then makr sure you have covered your basics/form/ techniques.

This is a CHEST and BUTT focused circuit to give you a stronger upper body, firmer and perkier looking glutes. You’ll need a pair of medium weight dumbbells, between 3 - 5kgs each. If you do not have one, be creative, make your own weights by filling up bottles with stones or water!

1) Squat to Lunge
2) All fours floating Kicks
3) Single Leg Push up to Downward Dog
4) Bridge Chest Press
5) Glute Bridge March
6) Fly Crunches
Aim for 12 - 15 repetitions for each exercise.
Beginners, complete 2 circuits, intermediate and advance, complete 3 circuits.

3 minutes of Ab routine that can be done anywhere anytime!
To get the best out of this routine. You should aim to complete around 3-5 rounds with less than 2 minutes rest in between each round... It looked easy but it's gonna be painful if you push yourself! but hey, this is what makes improve like crazy and get stronger! Right?
