It's recent years that roti John is slowly becoming a "Melaka thing" but one should know that the real deal that separates most roti John we know and the Melaka roti John, would be the moist level. But back to roti John, if you like the lucious drench of sauces, Seri Erra Roti John - Puteri Erra has the crisp edges from the 'deep frying' for texture, and a great combination of flavour to go with those cheesy mayo sauce.
