超馬先生問我有什麼肉可以拿出來做肉串.手上已經沒有絞肉了，找到冷凍庫裡有幾小包不知名不知那時剩的牛肉豬肉，拿出來用手狂剁，加洋蔥、荷蘭芹、辛香料做成肉團.
沒正常竹籤，日本烤肉竹籤湊合著用。
超馬先生又翻出陳年LC烤盤，這不是他常用的器具，但Kebab 就是要靠他增加燒烤味啊。
女兒加班回家，看到kebab 一天的悶氣全消！
