The most dangerous thing about the coronavirus is our neglect of vulnerable and disadvantaged groups.

Because of the recent coronavirus event, I first contacted Taiwan’s CDC to donate (http://bit.ly/38UXthU). After calling multiple times, I was unable to get through and finally wrote them an email. I received a response referring me to an extension.

Basically, you would have to go to the post office and tell them you need to do a giro transfer. For the "purpose" section, you would write "For Wuhan Coronavirus" and the transfer number is 1889-8514.

I finally found out how to donate after a day of calling. However, after all this research, it is clear that the government is already doing an excellent job handling the pandemic and currently has sufficient funding.

It’s not much compared to donations from celebrities and big companies, but I am only a single individual trying to contribute. This is a significant portion of my monthly income (cry). Some may question why I bother to post such trivial donations on my page. I did it to keep my word to my subscribers and to bring attention to such charities. I am not asking others to donate, but to pay attention to those who need help the most during this pandemic.

GIRO ROSA 環義五站。98公里。
今天我們其實只騎了87公里，原本的山土石流⋯不騎了😄丘陵地形平路居多，讓今天再度引起大集團衝終點的熱潮🔥看了地圖，我們繞一個湖整整一圈，起點便是終點。好美麗的風景，有山、有河、有船，還有美麗的陽光以及熱情的觀眾🎉
準備好到出發點，我的心情意外的平靜、意外的淡定⋯我就是我，跑自己的，讓頭腦清晰判斷比賽，恐懼就恐懼，做不好就做不好，反正跟我一樣的人很多😗反正，我還是要看比賽！
熱情的觀眾在旁歡呼，聽不懂他們說啥，不用想，那就歸類加油打氣💪我觀望著在場所有的選手，覺得能同場比賽是緣分，難得能與他們比賽，難得他們的比賽多因為亞洲選手。我騎我的，你們拼你們的，你們加油～我也加油😄放鬆心情，我要來看比賽了！
一開賽，在前頭所有的隊伍零零散散的佈滿觀望，但是速度卻是很快很快，慢慢的集團越來越長，開始上上下下，前十公里，速度達到45以上⋯心跳169。好嗨的強度，我也好喘。跟好前面的人，照著自己的節奏騎。集團速度好快好快，看到有一個上坡，趕快變小尺盤爬坡，結果上坡有兩百公尺，馬上下坡，速度又拉了起來，集團拉長長一排，然後又上坡，大家又擠成一團，開始越來長的坡，變小尺盤晃車跟前移動然後試著超越，心跳180，我看到一公里登山點，好累好累，心跳188，不是很陡，但我知道會越來越陡，我往前看到一條很粗又長的人群，每個人都努力ㄍㄧㄣ強度，有人想要搶登山點，有人想要跟上不能開，越到登山點越來越快，專注在前，無法看碼錶，一過登山點，開始下坡下坡下坡，我又被一個一個超過，下自己的坡，別跟他們擠來擠去，到平路還有機會向前⋯下完坡一個圓環，煞車煞車然後我又被超過去⋯我被超過好幾次，我想著，他們的頭腦到底在想什麼⋯過彎是用什麼心態過彎？！轉個彎就可超越前面的人。集團的速度好快好快，時速超過50，心跳一直在165以上，我看到前有人攻擊造成一批領先集團，然後主集團忽快忽慢，我看到有幾個隊伍一直在追，時速53-56在追擊。跟著集團前進，不知不覺感覺是逆風，逆風還有45的時速，追到了～追到前面的集團，速度又慢了下來，注意一下公里數，已經一個小時10幾分吧？我們騎了50幾公里，覺得好開心，今天會很快就結束了！我算著還有40公里就結束了，專注前面的輪子，集團被拉得長長一排，我注意一下，又有領先集團了！主集團開始追擊，在後頭的我則是納悶著為什麼要到轉彎又被超車，結果一個轉彎，大家晃車捍衛自己的位置，我起身晃車，哈～後面一位選手用英文髒話罵我⋯🙄我保持著自己的態度前行，ㄍㄧㄠˇ我，妳沒有比較厲害。只是想對我下馬威的作勢。我其實是想著「誰理你🙄」。60公里，我們好像繞到湖邊，那個風景好吸引人，多看了兩眼😳 但要邊看風景邊注意路況車況，還瞄了一下時速48😱⋯算了～專心比賽比較好。集團速度一直都保持著40以上，又是逆風又是側風⋯躲好位置閃風，這開掉了肯定回不去了⋯沒多久我看到一公里衝刺點的牌子，大家越來越快，奇怪為什麼前面的人要抬屁股，注意一，哇～石板路！！趕緊屁股翹高，叩叩叩叩叩～剩兩百衝刺點。好刺激欸！
集團前行著，我想著試著去猜測他們在想什麼，我注意到有些人轉彎會害怕就會煞車，跟我一樣⋯然後他們就被超車。開始嘗試著轉彎專注在屁股重心向後，上身抓穩，找自己的線過彎，別因為前面的煞車就跟著煞車，然後試著超車，咦～好順暢唷！一次兩次三次，有時成功有時不成功，但我找對了位置超車我就向前進了！慢慢有一種繞圈賽過彎的感覺，觀察兩旁的人想要試著超前，他們會加速，跟著他們後面就帶了我上前了！無法很得心應手，但是我學著如何改變。最後剩20公里，一直在後頭的我，開始想著要往前移動，試著超前跟隨超前跟隨，速度依然好快，就在一個微微的下坡直直長長的路，看到好多人屁股又翹高，當我發現是一個石板舖的降速凸台，好大！！還有坑洞！我趕緊屁股抬高，結果雙手一拉，我飛起來了耶！兔跳跳過去惹😮怎麼辦到的⋯再來一個又一個！前面水壺掉滿地，跑跑卡丁上演在環義大賽🙃時速50幾。再來進隧道，緊張又刺激！一開始一兩個山洞，其實看不到前方的輪子，憑感覺騎，出山洞發現大家都一樣ㄟ驚驚，各保持距離。再來進一個超級無敵長的隧道，是微下坡的隧道，大家保持距離著，但是速度超級快，一直心驚膽顫！千萬別出事！最後一個隧道，一進隧道發現中間還有分隔線及的障礙，把集團分兩邊，我看有人試著超前，我安全的評估能超前就往前。過彎隧道，剩10公里，Anna看到我，喊了我帶我上前，跟隨著他帶我上前，沒多久前面路縮小，她被擋到，我閃過繼續往前，我試圖的向前，有順風車搭一下，漸進式跳跳跳去集團前段，我看有人撐不了強度，我看有人為了卡位在大叫，最後五公里，我看到Katia，我專注在看有哪些隊伍在排火車，結果她喊了我，然後跑來前面帶我上前，剩下四公里，路面兩旁有人行道縮小，大家閃避，結果摔車！我們閃過又重新加速，我看不行，位置沒有移動，剩三公里Katia被旁邊的人擠的無法向前，我的位置沒有被卡到，自己向前移動，剩兩公里，大家卡位撞來撞去，右邊差點摔車，剩一公里，我起身加速向前，還有好多人，沒關係！試著找機會，沒機會安全就好安全就好！前方的有圓環，大家閃圓環結果兩個人相撞摔車，還好沒有波及，不過造成自己來不及再往前移動，跟著前面的人，剩下五百，我一直加速，到最後直到200m全身要極限了！就這樣跟著進終點。結束了今天的比賽！
感覺好很多，今天好快就結束了！高速度的強度，他們真的好厲害！
