"Hong Kong Autonomy Act"
（行得正企得正洗乜驚？）
根據香港政策法（Hong Kong Policy Act 1992）同「一張廢紙」（ Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act of 2019），美國參議院共和民主兩黨參議員（民主黨嘅Chris Van Hollen提出，共和黨嘅支持）合作動議，全體通過"Hong Kong Auntonomy Act"。目的除咗制裁官員或者警察之外，仲包埋同佢地有瓜葛嘅公司同金融機構。
正所謂「行得正企得正」，「大不了唔去美國」或者「美國無物業股票」洗乜驚？呢一點睇黎美帝嘅兩黨議員都好清楚，所以呢個法案安排咗特別制裁「嘉賓」，就係包埋嗰啲同有關官員、人士或者警察（"foreign person"）有交易（"significant transactions"）嘅銀行同金融機構（“foreign financial institution”定義闊到喊），順便要求國務卿90日內提交報告篤灰，列個名單出黎。
//The measure also includes secondary sanctions on banks that do business with anyone found to be backing any crackdown on the territory’s autonomy, potentially cutting them off from American counterparts and limiting access to U.S. dollar transactions.//
（呢個法案嘅措施包含另一個層面嘅制栽，連埋有份支持破壞香港自治嘅人士有交易嘅銀行，即係要將佢地同美國機構或者用美金嘅交易切斷。）
如果保險（退休、人壽、醫療、危疾）、MPF、基金之餘此類，用美金結算，或者背後由美國金融機構包辦咁點呢？不過咁都唔應該怯嘅，有乜理由怕咗美帝隔山打牛，打仔嚇同學㗎？堅持信念！
制裁應該同國安法一樣嘅，只係針對極小部份人，好似「街縮」咁講，“kill a few chickens to frighten the monkeys”，所以無咁好彩嘅。
P.S. 雖然參議院全體通過，都要通埋眾議院同美帝簽名先得嘅，班「暴徒」上年好有經驗鬧住等。
