After over two weeks teaching #yogaworkshops, shooting Yoga videos and offering a community class in China, I’m ready to come back to my hometown and start a new adventure with @flexstudiohk - can’t believe I’d be teaching tomorrow night (Monday) at it’s brand new floor in central tomorrow night! 6:15pm (#powervinyasa) and 8:30pm (#hotdetox) two yoga classes back to back. Let’s hope my flight will be on time!
