Good day for 2 workouts and an active day. strength training in the morning, hiking in the islands in the day and a quick tempo run at night. Not bad for a first tempo back into running training. Also after lots and lots of celebration eatting and lots of delicious sweet drinks ( aka milk tea 😂) we started a water cleanse, where we simply replace all drinks with water for the next few weeks. Hope this cleans us up and we feel more alert from the generous holiday noms!
