As we all know blood supply is an important aspect, but how important is it in growing muscles?
Let me just put it in this way, blood supply low ⬇️ = muscle growth 🍌
Blood cells in our body carry oxygen and nutrients , and in order to grow muscles you need oxygen and nutrient, "THE PUMP" you get during your workout is basically blood being supplied to your muscle.

In order to for the blood supply efficiently your body need a good blood circulation .
When you are an active individual your crculation is usually on point , however most people tend to enhance the process with supplement and even drugs in order to achieve their goals. DRUGS as well know have their side effect as for supplements may or may not come with side effects , but if it is good for you the why not.

( NATURAL BOOST FROM FOOD).
As for me i would always advise everyone to depend less on supplementation unless its really necessary, Usually these supplements contain a substance that dilate your vessels and increase the flow.
However there are foods that contain these substances too.
Usually food with flavonoids, vitamin C, L- ARGININE, like orange , darkchocolates, salmon , garlic..
YOU CAN ALWAYS GOOGLE AND FIND OUT WHICH FOOD THAT CAN HELP YOU IMPROVE BLOOD CIRCULATION NATURALLY and add that on your diet....

- move around more
- try avoiding fast food/processed food
- reduce not so healthy habits like smoking, not getting enough sleep, not being cautious with what is going in your body

Hey guys!!! Here's something that might excite you!!!🍫🍫
I understand its hard to keep count on our calories especially on days when we use up a lot of our energy or even on the days we have a cheat meal.🍨🍧🍦🍥 So here's something we can do!🍉 . .
💪Step 1: Count your total calories for the week.
(e.g. 1500 calories/day multiply by 7days =10,500 calories/week) .

💪Step 2: Instead of having 1500 calories consistently everyday you can divide them to the days that may need more and substitute by having less on another day.
(e.g. Monday = 1500 calories/day
Tuesday = 1500 calories/day
Wednesday = 1500 calories/day
Thursday = 2000 calories/day (maybe you need more energy for that day or have a cheat meal)
Friday = 1000 calories/day (substitute by having less for the previously added calories)
Saturday = 1500 calories/day
Sunday = 1500 calories/day
Total = 10,500/week

This way you get to enjoy your cheat day and also achieve the physique you want💪🖒🍉

🦄As much as I talk about calorie counting, I honestly believe the ultimate form of "diet mastery" is a more intuitive approach. Being able to, above all else, listen to your body and know what/how much you need simply based on the cues your body is giving you.

🍕However, the reason I talk about calorie counting so much is because intuitive eating is a skill. It's an advanced form of dieting that takes A LOT of time and effort and patience and consistency to develop. And just like you don't learn to deadlift by doing deficit deadlifts vs bands...you don't learn to lose body fat and keep it off by jumping into the most advanced progression. Because unless you're already very lean and look the way you can want to look...your current "intuitive" is not yet what it needs to be for long-term success.

🌵That's why, when you start dieting, you need to go through the mastery process. First gain the knowledge. Second develop the skills. And, third, fine tune the "tricks of the trade" to make everything come together.

☕️Remember, flexible dieting is a skill. Intuitive eating is only intuitive once you've taken the time to make it intuitive. You don't need to count calories forever. But if you want to get to a point where you don't have to...mastering the skill, first, will help you get their faster.
