Opening, expanding and lengthening up my body is the most difficult part in yoga, I can feel that my body is not flexible enough yet. While I’m doing Upavista Konasana variant (Wide Angle Seated Forward Bend), I can feel the pain of my muscle very much 😖OUCH! It feels like tearing apart. Really hurt, no joke! You can watch my expression in the video. Sigh!
However, last but not least this posture is to push me to the next level up of lengthening my calf muscle and hamstrings, while opening my rib cage and hips. Phew... what a tough day! Practice more asana and maintain stability well on my body in the next stage 💪🏻
