再次受到美國Adweek委託繪製介紹美國一流資料連接平臺——鏈睿(LiveRamp)，鏈睿在文章中提出未來十年關於CX(客戶體驗)對於世界頂級品牌、代理商和發佈商的影響。

Adweek是美國廣告行業周刊，於1979年創立。Adweek涵蓋了創意，客戶與代理商的關係和全球的廣告相關資訊。目前是美國第二大廣告行業刊物，主要競爭對手是Adage。

因為已經是第二次和Adweek合作，藝術總監和他們的編輯團隊都對我的創作非常放心，所以草稿幾乎是一次就通過，我也有一點「自由發揮」的空間，例如加上台北101在背景，或是放上「永和咖啡廳」的中文字樣(因為我住永和)。

而因為他們這個專案是希望插畫能夠做成動態，所以我在構圖和擺置的時候，也特別去考慮到如何讓他們的團隊能有最大的設計動畫的空間。近年來因為種族主義的話題，所以在畫人物時，往往都會被團隊要求，所以得畫不同人種的臉譜，雖然有點麻煩但是還是滿有趣的。

Five illustrations I did for Adweek advertising content collaborated with Global Product Marketing Lead, Identity, LiveRamp.

For the ideas of the illustrations, I focused on how LiveRamp can take care of the CX(customer experience) based on their individual identities. They find a way to delight people by making sure everything customers do anticipate or fulfill their needs.

COVID-19疫情的擴散，讓每個人感染病毒的機率大幅增加，除了努力維持社交距離之外，增加疫苗接種的人口比例，是阻止大流行是最有效的方法。

作為一名婦產科醫師，我關心的議題自然圍繞在Covid-19對於孕婦及胎兒的影響。就目前的研究數據顯示，孕婦如果感染新冠肺炎，引發重症或需要呼吸器的比例相較於一般人增加許多，同時導致早產或流產的機率也會增加，雖然在感染病毒後產生症狀的孕婦大約只有3分之一，死亡率只有約2%，但這些數據都顯示孕婦感染Covid-19病毒的危險遠比打疫苗的副作用還高。

許多病人問我孕婦可不可以打COVID-19疫苗?孕婦應該打哪一種比較好?在閱讀文獻資料後，我想在此為大家整理一些相關的最新資訊。

在美國，英國，澳洲與紐西蘭的婦產科醫學會，雖然沒有禁止孕婦施打腺病毒疫苗(例如AZ與嬌生)，但目前都建議讓孕婦優先選擇施打mRNA疫苗（例如莫德納與輝瑞）。這個建議原因不是腺病毒疫苗會造成流產或畸形，也不是因為腺病毒在孕婦身上會造成比一般人更多的副作用。而是因為目前在公開的資料中，施打過mRNA 的孕婦追蹤的資料較多。

再者，腺病毒疫苗在50歲以下的民眾會出現罕見的血小板低下與血栓（簡稱TTS) 的副作用。在50歲以下接種腺病毒疫苗的民眾當中，TTS出現的機率約為五萬分之一 （每年發生車禍死亡機率約為千分之一），所以目前在歐美部份國家有兩種以上疫苗可以選擇的前提下，會有讓孕婦優先選擇施打mRNA疫苗的建議。

根據台灣衛生福利部疾病管制署所公佈的疫苗接種注意事項， 孕婦若為COVID-19 之高職業暴露風險者或具慢性疾病而易導致重症者，可與醫師討論接種疫苗之效益與風險後，評估是否接種疫苗。而哺乳中的婦女若為曝露在Covid-19風險當中 (如醫事人員)，應完成接種。雖然AZ疫苗的對母乳或受哺嬰兒之影響尚未完全得到評估，但一般認為並不會造成相關風險。接種COVID-19疫苗後，仍可持續哺乳。

目前台灣除了進口除了AZ疫苗之外，未來也將逐步採購及接受國際捐贈，疫苗的種類也將增加嬌生以及莫德納，雖然疫苗目前仍屬珍稀資源，優先施打順序與分配仍應遵照政府相關規定，但未來若能讓民眾能有選擇的空間，我支持孕婦應有自由選擇疫苗的權利。

在此之前，請大家乖乖宅在家裡，勤洗手，戴口罩，預祝大家端午佳節平安。

The spread of COVID-19 in Taiwan has greatly increased the risk of the virus infection for everyone. Now not only do we need to maintain social distancing but also are preparing for mass vaccination to create herd immunity to protect those vulnerable around us.

As an obstetrician, naturally I read mostly about the effect of COVID-19 and its vaccines to mothers and babies. As of the effect of COVID-19, epidemiological studies show that the COVID-19 infection, compared to non-pregnant people, not only increases risk of maternal morbidity and mortality but also fetal prematurity and stillbirths. Although only 1/3 of infected mothers will develop symptoms, with mortality rate of 1 in 50 people, it is not a risk that any mother would be willing to take.

Thanks to the excellent pharmacovigilance systems around the world, we have now learned a lot more about effect of COVID-19 vaccines in mothers than the beginning of the year, as clinical trials often exclude pregnancies in their participants. Most of the obstetrics and gynecology professional bodies around the world are recommending pregnant women to be preferentially offered mRNA vaccines (such as those from Pfizer-BNT and Moderna). Although the adenovirus vaccines (such as those from AstraZeneca and Johnson-Johnson) are not contraindicated in pregnancy, currently there is more published data about the safety of the mRNA vaccines in pregnancy than the adenovirus ones. Moreover, the small but significant risk of
Thrombosis with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome (TTS) with the adenovirus vaccines that is observed mostly in younger people has prompted many countries to recommend alternative vaccines to people under the age of 50.

With the uncertainties surrounding vaccination timing in Taiwan, pregnant women may be faced with the difficult choice of whether to take the adenovirus vaccine that is available now or to take the risk of virus exposure and wait for the mRNA vaccines. I would encourage pregnant women to speak with their health professionals regarding this issue. And I hope this article empowers my readers with some useful information.

🗣My Data金融服務昨日正式上線

金管會與國發會共同推動的串聯政府資料My Data金融服務，結束九個月試辦，15日正式上線，未來不只銀行，也將開放證券、保險等金融機構都能介接政府機關查詢個人資料，進行線上投保理賠等。

民眾在MyData平台完成認證與授權，就能把存在政府機關的個資如戶籍、財產、所得、勞健保等轉介給銀行，應用於申辦各類金融服務，毋需交付紙本文件。

My Data串聯金融服務平台在去年7月開始試營運，共有台新銀、遠東銀、台中銀、彰銀、玉山銀、中國信託、台北富邦銀、永豐銀、一銀、渣打銀、台銀、王道銀、元大銀、兆豐銀及合作金庫等共15家銀行參與。

各家銀行提供32項線上金融服務，包括信用卡線上申辦補件、線上調額、線上貸款、數位存款開戶、房貸線上增貸申請、學貸申請及其他資料維護補件等。

試營運期間， My Data平台應用最多的是信用卡線上申請，其次是線上補件，最多有4,000到5,000人次使用，此兩項服務約占My Data服務的九成以上比重。

A message from Taiwan.

Hi there, this is Vivi from Taiwan.
There’s something that I would like to share with you.

With more than 1.7 million confirmed cases and 100 thousand deaths around the world, the COVID19 pandemic outbreak has become the most challenging global health crisis of our time. This is an unprecedented time that has affected the lives of everyone in our global community, regardless of race, gender, culture, or skin colour.

At this defining moment in history, cooperation will bring upon the relief and clarity needed to triumph over a common threat facing humankind. In this fight, I, as a citizen of this global community, believe health is a fundamental human right that is inherent to all human beings. ‘Health For All, Leave No One Behind’ is a guiding principle of all health professionals, as well as a message that has resonated with us Taiwanese people through the toughest of times. In 2003, the SARS outbreak devastated my home country. Left isolated and marginalised by the WHO in the fight against SARS, we learned, through fearful uncertainty, how to tenaciously combat pandemics. But most importantly, the people of Taiwan experienced firsthand what it felt like to be left behind. Taiwan, despite just being miles off the coast of China, has effectively managed the spread of coronavirus in our country. And it is the belief that we should ‘leave no one behind’ that motivates us to play our role in the global community.

Taiwan can help, and Taiwan is helping.

In the past few weeks, the Taiwanese government has donated more than 10 million surgical masks to the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia, India, Central America and South America. Other medical supplies are also finding their way to all continents around the globe. Since the very first days of the outbreak, the Taiwanese government has devoted itself to fighting this pandemic. Through information transparency, quick response, early deployment and the effective use of big data, the functions of our society continue without interruption. To share our knowledge on COVID-19 with the world, we created virtual forums, participated by numerous countries, of our successful and internationally recognised public health policies. Our government and research centres have also teamed up with the Czech Republic, European Union and the United States in sharing tactics and technology and collaborating on the development of vaccines and rapid test kits. Finally, we have worked with different governments in analysing the economic, social and psychological impact of the epidemic and related isolation measures.

Taiwan cares, and Taiwan helps.

This virus can tear up the world, but it will not shake the foundations of humanity’s values. For a worldwide pandemic that does not discriminate based on borders and nationalities, it is crucial that we, in times of a crisis like this, stay stronger together.

Taiwan never forgets her friends from around the world.
We are part of this global team and we are in solidarity with the rest of the world.

這是一個我想要傳遞給世界的訊息。
一則，來自臺灣的訊息。

嗨，今天過得好嗎？
我是來自臺灣的Vivi。讓我跟你分享一件事，好嗎？

COVID19爆發至今，已在全球造成超過一百七十萬人確診、十萬人犧牲。這次的疫情，是這個世代面臨最大的全球衛生危機。這是一場影響了全人類，不論種族、性別、文化、與膚色，我們都必須共同面對的，前所未有的挑戰。

在這個歷史性的浪尖上，並肩合作、共同抗疫，才能夠引領我們贏得這場對抗病毒的戰役。身為全球公民的一員，我始終相信「健康，是每一個人都享有的基本人權」。而「全民均健」，不只是每一個醫衛人員所堅守的價值，更是在這樣艱難的時刻中，臺灣人民付諸實行的信念。在2003年時，我們經歷了SARS的考驗，並學會了如何在前方情形未知、還被WHO排除在外的情況下，仍舊堅韌地戰勝傳染病。但最重要的是，臺灣人比誰都了解孤軍奮戰的心情。而在這次的疫情當中，臺灣即便緊鄰中國，依然有效地阻擋了疫情擴散。同時也正是「全民均健，不可遺落任何一個人」的信念，引領臺灣始終積極地在國際社會中，貢獻一己之力。

臺灣可以幫忙，我們也正在全力幫忙。

在過去幾週內，臺灣捐贈了超過一千萬個醫療口罩至美國、歐洲、東南亞、印度及中南美洲。同時，也有許多捐贈給各大洲的防疫醫療器材，正在運送與安排當中。自從疫情爆發的第一天起，我們的政府就全體動員，合力對抗傳染病。經由公開透明的疫情資訊、超前部署、快速溝通與反應、以及大數據運用等防疫策略，臺灣社會才得以繼續維持日常生活不受影響。而我們也開始舉辦線上會議，與許多國家分享我們的防疫經驗——臺灣的防疫成果，是國際有目共睹的。我們的政府與醫衛研究機構，也跟捷克、歐盟、美國合作，不僅分享防疫策略、技術，也開始共同研發疫苗與快篩。近期，我們也跟他國政府共同合作，研究此次疫情所帶來在經濟、社會與心理健康上的影響。

臺灣因為在乎，所以我們實際幫忙。

病毒或許可以分裂這個世界，但沒辦法撼動人類最根深蒂固堅守的價值。面對著這個跨越邊界、國籍的傳染病危機，這個世界必須攜手合作，共同強大。

臺灣從來沒有忘記我們全球的友邦與朋友。
我們是這個世界的一份子，也會持續跟全世界站在一起，抵禦病毒。
臺灣與你並肩。
