传统顺德料理 - 稻香中华料理 Dao Xiang Chinese Cuisine Restaurant @ Nexus Bangsar South】🍽️

顺德菜在我心目中是很传统、很适合带老人家👴🏻👵🏻来吃的菜系。尤其是来到新年🧧和亲友们聚餐👫，感觉上顺德菜还蛮深得大家的心的❤️。

Nexus Bangsar South 的稻香就是一家主打顺德料理的餐厅🏠（我以前只知道稻香是香港的连锁点心茶楼），里头的装潢典雅舒适，服务员👨🏻‍🍳的服务态度大致上都很好👍🏻，当然这里用餐的价格也不便宜💸。

不要以为顺德菜系只是适合老人家👴🏻👵🏻而已，我觉得口味很大众化（还是我已经开始老了？），单单是前菜就已经让我惊艳了😲。

📌前菜
本来没有打算拍照📸，结果吃了前菜的鸡脚，我就决定把这吃了一半的前菜拍起来（其他很多照片都是吃了一半才拍的）。鸡脚🐓带有淡淡的药材香，焖得很软很入味，吃进嘴里就骨肉分离，融化在嘴里了。👄

📌梅菜蒸手打肉丸 - RM25🍢
要功夫够到家才可以把手打肉丸做得那么弹那么滑。梅菜的味道不太明显，倒是带有一点橘皮🍊的清新味道。

📌香煎鱼饼 - RM23🐟
外表平平无奇，就好像家里做的鱼饼吧？鱼饼的味道很真实，不像一般外面吃到的放很多味精和胡椒粉去掩盖鱼🐟的腥味，鱼肉新鲜就是王道！

📌陈皮老姜焖鸭 - RM48🦆
鸭肉切得好小一块，而且骨头很多，真正吃到的鸭肉没有多少。味道是不错的，只是整体上很油腻，不太推荐。

📌娃娃菜 🥬
不要再说我没有吃菜🥬啦！忘了这个全名叫什么，有娃娃菜搭上猪肉片🥓、咸蛋🥚、皮蛋和鲜菇🍄，很丰富。
.
这里的食物属于中上水准，除了点菜吃饭🍚，也有不少人在这里吃火锅🥘或是顺德料理中很常见的海鲜煲🐙🦀🦞。适逢家中有庆典，或是想带长辈们吃一餐好的，可以考虑这里哦！
