Thursday stack 🥞 First bite of solid food after my wisdom tooth extraction on Mon 😋🙌
1 scoop @questnutrition salted caramel whey protein, 1 egg, 2 tbs water, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tbs corn/almond/coconut/oat flour, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 tsp nut butter, pinch of salt and cinnamon
Mix well and pour into a nonstick pan (i used grapeseed oil spray) makes 3 pancakes. Drizzle with maple/rice malt syrup and serve with your favourite fruits.
