但是"戰繩跳繩"大家應該就比較少看過了，基本上就是直接拿戰繩來做跳繩的訓練，但是繩子長度有調整至一般跳繩的長度。但繩子重量超過1公斤，比一般的加重跳繩還重上許多。但由於強度較高，訓練時間建議不要超過10分鐘，並且搭配一般的跳繩做交叉訓練。
