From putting out a fire 🔥 to climbing on high buildings and rescuing people, to dealing with road accident emergencies, I’ve learned so much from the Luminox’s Code Red Survival Course conducted by the Malaysia International Search and Rescue (MISAR) 👩🚒

We often watch these heroes on TV saving lives, but often we don’t think much about who they are or what they do and just assume that’s their job. 🙌
.
Being able to role play and experience what they had to go through even if it was just for half a day, has made me realised just how challenging and tough it was. 😳
These heroes are all volunteers! 😱 They’re from different backgrounds and professions; lawyers, paramedic, police, business person and more! But they are all willing to make personally sacrifices to give their time and effort to travel all over the world because they all share a common mission of SAVING LIVES.

就是因為當年接下拍攝和剪接這音樂會影片的工作，才深深對你的音樂著迷。
而剛好這一首，全都是我剪的。
從那天開始我才認真重新了解你的音樂世界，但你的才華遠超於我所能理解的，所以只能一直默默地聽，默默地學習。
那一年我開始出show唱歌，因為你這個演繹我每次都堅持要唱這首。我還記得現場聽著這歌時我感到的力量，我拿著攝錄機在台邊一直聽得入神，忽略了很多shot，也許用生命唱歌，才能散發出這樣的感染力和光芒。
我記得看過某段訪問你說食藥令你對世界的同理心少了，漸漸寫不了歌。我想人愈大愈麻目愈變得自私，但你仍然像天使般渴望感受生命世界社會的一切。
真正的藝術家是你。
這一年你好多歌我都放在一邊還沒聽，還在想演唱會來之前才聽，或者到演唱會聽完才細味，但原來已經不會有這機會了。
遲了聽，但仍然會用心聽。畢竟有些歌要聽一輩子。
天光，一切都會好起來。
